Are you running a lift too? I have a 2” leveling kit with 265/70/R17 and was thinking of the 1.25” spacers too but am unsure if I’ll rub or not even with the leveling kit.
When towing a sedan on a trailer with a Toyota 4Runner, you should typically keep the vehicle in Drive (D). The automatic transmission will adjust the gear based on the load and terrain. However, if you're going uphill, downhill, or on rough terrain, consider manually shifting to a lower gear (like 4th or even 3rd) to maintain better control and reduce the strain on your transmission.
It’s very smooth. A lot of torque. It doesn’t lag like the 4Runner does. The hybrid system is also super quiet. There are a few cons like the battery system taking up space but it’s unavoidable
New shifter knob arrived yesterday. Installed. Looks great. Matches very well to the console carbon fiber overlay. TRD stamp on the upper insert is smaller than you showed however, it is cosmetic and dark so hardly visible. Your analysis of the shifter was spot on. 2024 Toyota TRD OffRoad Premium.
@OtzleeExplains I have a quick question (again). I've have a G890 (with interior camera = 3 total). I followed the example with the red wires in back (only difference is I wired mine on the passenger side). Wiring is same on both sides for tail light pos/neg wires. Yet the rear camera will not power up. The 2 front cameras power on with no issues. They are even hardwired for constant power under the dash. I've checked everything, but I'm stumped. Wolfbox has even sent a replacement camera, and it still won't power up. I'm really at a loss.
Excellent video! I installed the WeatherTech on my Forester less than a month ago and wish I'd seen your video first. I love your method for the rear deflector where you leave the tape on until it is up in the window channel. I took it off first and it got a hardly noticeable messy look when I had to reseat one of them. I don't think that anyone else would notice it, but sadly I definitely do.
I hunting all over to see if it is safe to plug in my 60 watt cooler fridge into the regular 115 v plug??? The male end of the AC plug it's too long for the female side of the outlet. When I drive aggressively turning or what have you ( can I have my cooler/ frig down tight) I can hear it beep like it's losing connection.
So how was it broken? Were the Cables pulled once the steering wheel got pulled off or the clock spring got turned completely? Wanting to do this mod on my Toyotas but videos I’ve seen look straight forward. But this video makes me cautious…

How do you use the SD card reader & any update on hardware kit for 24/7 use on this FitcamX dashcam. Purchased one for my 24' Tundra , its all hooked up & installed. Can I take the sd card out of the dashcam & put it into my Android phone which has a slot for a sd card , install & be able to watch the recorded videos on the phone.
Hardware kit works fine. Just need to tap into your positive and ground wire. As far as sd card, it works if you plug into the computer, it should work on your android but I’m not familiar personally with the android phone.
It’s full 1080p. I just tested it by the river this weekend and I can tell you the colors and quality is great. The colors are super vibrant without even editing
I have a 2022 trd pro , I’m very tempted to lift but it already drives great and I don’t want to upgrade unless I need too. I’m only at 12k miles. For now I have only done lighting mods with a controller.
Tbh the 4runner comes very capable stock. There will be very few instances where you actually need a lift. I would get skids before a lift if I could do it again. If you start to scratch your skids a lot, then go for a lift
