Sorry but Aptio automation just doesnt make it that much more convenient. Track getting stopped even after correct restart of the system with Siemens support. Fridge condensation making pools of water going into electrical curcuits. Grippers with Y-axiz failures and leaking air. Slow and non existing UX-design nor UI. Not in FlexLab and not in DMS. Sorry but it isnt a finnished product.

WE got Aptio Inpeco automation in our lab and it has been giving us countless of annoying breakdowns since its installation, the Track jams, Y axis failures on most grippers, defect levels in the fridge and bolts going lose and falling out from the fridge door open/close system. Aptio has been giving us MORE problems than without. I can tell you about more issues too if you like.
