to remove the freehub, you need a 12 mm allen key from one side, remove the dust caps first, he missed both in this video

he missed the dust caps on both sides.. below you can oil or grease the freehub bearings his hub is also missing the rubber seal on the cassette side or he didn't show that one the cones in these quandos are crap, they pit very easy and I'm a lightweight rider who doesn't jump etc.. get shimano cones

So a couple things, you showed us two Allen keys and only used one. Also why not take the tire off and then you don't need an Allen key at all.

How about saying if you are using 8mm or 10mm?

The new pads are the same as old ones p20.11 but the space between the pads is not wide enough to fit over the silver spindle. Anyone run into this?
