you can be proud of yourself, simply brilliant. May I ask if you have sheet music for this music for accordion, if so, could you send it to me? greetings😊
thank you for the kind comment! I am quite happy with this recording ☺ here is the link to the version from which I've learned the piece files.goldaccordion.com/noti/V/Vivaldi_Antonio/Vivaldi_Antonio__F-moll_Concerto_Winter__Romanov.pdf
my first thought when i saw the accordion for the first time was a typewriter fucked a piano, but now i know, its a typewriter that fucked a piano, and made pirates 20x happier.
oh my, never seen an extra E on the low side before! Or the C# at the top for that matter. Looks crazy! You are very talented, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us
Thank you for your kind comment! I was starting to wonder whether anyone found these videos useful :) let me know if you’d like to know more about the accordion!
It's simply marvelous! I have goosebumps every time I listen to it. I have been "intimated" by Bach's music for a number of years, but I kept learning pieces that interested me. I will eventually record it, that's for sure 😊 what are some of your other favorites by Bach?
as an beginner who’s learning from youtube videos i can confirm not all of this is true . i managed to play the chicken dance within 1 week . and i also know some other songs now after a couple of weeks . i got it on christmas eve
Thank you! 😊 I've been planning to play this masterpiece for years and now I finally have the chance to do that. I'll post the full piece on my channel soon!
Yes, I teach both in person and online. Online I offer single lessons and packages. You can check them out on my website www.ghenadierotari.com/book-online
Well, talent might give you some advantage, but the popular opinion is that it's only 10% (many times less) of the result. What is more important is consistency and the time one can dedicate to practicing. Many times it's also the incompatibility between teacher and student. If you'd like to have a lesson sometimes, feel free to contact me. Cheers!
It's a section from the "Winter" concerto for violin and orchestra by Antonio Vivaldi. You can find the full piece on my RU-vid channel and also on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and all the major platforms 😊
@@GhenadieRotariAccordionist I'm not sure yet, I'm a little familiar with classical music on classical guitar but not accordion, I play the keyboard as well and I love the sound of the accordion so I've been thinking of getting one
This is really cool! It's inspired me to go and work on my left hand skills on my accordion. I have never had lessons so will now spend a long time figuring out how to do this :)
Thank you for your kind comment! 😊 how long have you been playing accordion for? If you'd ever want help with your left hand, you can book a lesson with me here www.ghenadierotari.com/book-online. PS: the full version of this piece is coming out on all the digital platforms on November 10th 😉
@@GhenadieRotariAccordionistI’ve been playing for about 4 years now but not really practicing regularly. I learnt for a school project and really enjoyed it so now and then I’m always trying to further my repertoire and skills. Thank you for the link to book a lesson - maybe at some point when I’ve got time to practice properly I’ll book in!
Wow!! Nice! I find it fascinating that the accordion somehow stays in the hearts of those who try it. I have some students who have returned to the instrument after almost 60 years and are super motivated and enjoying it 😊 keep it up! 💪
I finally started again after 25 years of not playing (played 10 years and had the same level as shown here in the video). Now Im starting back at minute 1, its kinda frustrating to go through all the learning again. but my kids keep me motivated :) And its really fun to play something that can create awesome music and is totally unterrated in a lot of countries.
Awesome! I think that patience and perseverance are key here and it's great that your kids keep you motivated! Some of my adult pupils also told me that they feel frustrated at times, because they'd like to see progress faster, but it's just a matter of time. The longer you keep at it the more results you'll see, as long as you have a good practicing plan in place. Trust the process and results will come 😉
You mean is it true that after that amount of time you play the accordion in that certain way? I take inspiration for these videos from my years of experience as an accordion teacher (pupils ranging from 7 to 80+ years old). A lot depends on the pupil, their learning skills and the work they put in. Some can play what I put under "after 1 year" already after a few months, for example. So I guess some parts of my video are true and some are just hypothesis 🤓
