As soon as I hit the play button on my phone your voices became garbled. Had to take it back to Verizon and wouldn't you know? The damm thing worked fine for them. Grrrr
No flaps on takeoff and she just hops off the tarmac like theres nothing to it. This is the overpowered airplane for me. you cant beat the visibility of the tandem seating
What is it about that Lycoming 360 that limits it to 80hp. output??? Has it been lightend so much its lost durability??? Is it that the Carbon Cub airframe cant take higher air speed??? If so Ill have a Citabria.instead of a one trick pony.
You guys need to move your mic further away from your mouths to cut out all that garbled, unintelligible speech for your next video. It makes it much more bearable to watch. Just sayin'....
I assure you, this is how it is. Take a ride in a small plane and ask to use a headset - you'll be lucky to understand anything. Proficiency comes with practice.
I know this thrill... having gotten jump seat rides in 3 different Mustangs (Ho HUN!, Mangia Pane and Man O'War) and a P-40 back in the '80s. Wasn't able to video, but have hundreds of still photos & audio on cassette. Thanks for sharing... brought back memories!
I wish that if I became a pilot today or a month agoe that I would plan flights with my wife and family using my action shot video camera but probably it would be a piper cub because it looks the easyest to fly and mantain and only fly with my wife one trip at a time on a good day
Thanks for sharing, something many of us won`t get a chance to do !! I`m sure you enjoyed it and will forever remember it. I have it on my "Bucket" list along with a DC 3 ride!
