Pickle juice makes amazing sauce for fries or a burger! I add 2 parts mayo, 1 part ketchup, 1 part sriracha, a splash of pickle juice and some chopped up pickles and pepper!! It is so good! I like mine with a lot of pickle juice and quite runny but you can adjust the ratios to your liking

I’m from NY and yeah it’s not pronounced like she is pronouncing bagels. Also aren’t bagels made with eggs? I got to Modern Bread and Bagel for my gluten free bagels they have 2 locations in the city and they make a vegan super seeded bagel and they have vegan cream cheese as well. To me their bagels are the only gluten free versions that actually taste like real bagels. If you’re still in town try their vegan options
