Nicole, I'm having a hard time finding a nephrologist in my area that can see me in less than 4-5 months. I'm a retired RN, 71 yo who recently had a change in my urine ACR. Several years ago it was 3, Jan 2024 it was 52 and June 2024 increased to 252. My blood work, CMP and CBC, are completely normal. Lipids are elevated. I'm a breast cancer survivor on an AI, finished chemo and lumpectomy 6/2017. eGFR is 67, HgbA1c is 5.6, serum glucose 98 fasting. No HBP, but systolic is now 130's and previous 112 to 120. My other symptoms are very itchy head and center of my back, and frequency without urgency. I'm very worried about this drastic increase, but my PCP and oncologist seem to think that things are ok because blood work is good. Can you give me your opinion based on above? Thank you
Forget this surgery. Not worth the time off work and then the possibility of having to have hernia repair down the road. Which I had a hernia going into the surgery and they couldn’t fix it. I don’t care how much weight I lose from it I wish I had talked myself out of it. And bring mentally prepared you kind of can’t be because that’s why it’s done anyway. I would rather be prepared to tel myself no at the grocery store than go through this again. I want my old stomach back and given the chance to exercise and eat better. This grumbling of the stomach from too much or too little of food taking vitamins, gas and etc isn’t worth it.

The reason we don’t exercise, I know you know the reason it’s because of pain, but I don’t think you understand chronic pain day and day out what it does to you psychologically
I am wearing Hykes Escapes and use them to walk everywhere, my feet are so much strong now and they are soooo comfy,best shoes I have owned and will never go back to regular shoes.

Just had it done. I let it get bad (excruciating pain). I can walk after the procedure but im chillin.😎 Dont let it fall in that scrotum, aw man its unbearable. So a few weeks back i was touching a little lump on my left testicle, i had also a chronic sensitivity on this testicle, i decided it was time to check it out, it turned that i have varicocele, and also on the same testicle i have a small cyst which is totally harmless and theres no need to do anything on it, also a very large percentage on the male population have those harmless cysts on the testicles, i am telling this cause if you feel something there thats painless without any other symptoms its probably a cyst, but if you have any other symptoms like sensitivity or pain it probably means theres something wrong there and you should investigate
I have one of those tests coming up. I can't wait to tell my friends hey I got a balloon stuck up my ass but it was a special one that that measured my bowel habits and at the end it fill up the balloon I got to poop it out
My husband had a Hernia surgery Jube 16 and today is June 27. His Belly botton is bleeding ,now my question is , is there an infection happening o its normal? We'll be heading to hospital by monday.

Hello. I don't have a doctor and I don't know who to ask. Did the spit test, resulted POSITIVE. Did the urine lab-test 3 days after, and resulted NEGATIVE. Did spit test again, Positive again. Do I have stomach candida? I do have a yeast infection on my left arm though.
