Service delivery/your product is definitely the most important thing. But there is still stuff to learn from with people like Ethan if you're not going to him to learn service delivery. I will focus on other places for actually learning service delivery and I'll put 80% of my focus there to get better bc it is the most important thing. But then the last 20% of information I need to level up and go from business operator to business owner requires learning more skills to systemize what we do. Ethan has some good advice for creating SOPs, leverage, etc but it's not meant to replace the importance for great service delivery lol. But if you can figure out service delivery and study other people for that then Ethan just reminds you to eventually add more leverage to what you have
I agree with you if you were saying people like Ethan are not the one stop shop guru to learn EVERYTHING. But if you can really find the other places to help master service delivery then Ethan's advice isn't useless to add in addition. It's ideas you add on top like oh I should learn how to build systems for everything I do and eventually record videos and training around these things so I can hire people and gain leverage
