Welcome to the #salvagerebuildsuk channel. At our workshop, we repair and rebuild all kinds of wrecked accident damaged vehicles. We also buy classic or rare vehicles. We produce 2 videos per week covering the work involved in the collision repair process, rebuilding crash damaged vehicles. At the end of each project we 'crunch the numbers' to see how much profit we have made.

ROB can you explain what 'Cloning the BCM' means please. Had issues with my Headlights recently tried to reach out on Insta but can imagine you can't respond to all. Can you do a few seconds on what cloning it means and where to send off too, rough costs etc PLEASE mate
Great result! I’ve emailed you regarding our Mercedes C350 diesel if you’re interested? It’d make great content and we really don’t want to see it scrapped 😢
Good job you have Chris wat a top mechanic you lucky to have him making sure everything is done properly you was lucky with that other engine to use the crankshaft out of thats wat you call a good mate that's why people should do help each other out but times change and people just think of them self and money not like the older generation like us 👍
Chris should be an Engine Builder, it seems Engine Builders are going of business, because people choose to buy a second hand engine instead of rebuilding. I worked with a Factory Maintenance Technician who used to have his own business as an Engine Builder with all the equipment and facilities needed to do the job, but gave it up for the aforementioned reason.
If you are using the original rods be very careful that the big ends are not ovaled slightly and you definitely need to remove all of the oil way plugs to clean the oil galleries, that's where all the old bearing swarf will be hiding.....
What dedication and you must have very patient partners to let you work on Sunday! As soon as you mentioned Gunk I could smell it, part of my teenage years cleaning and working on engines. Great video looking forward to the numbers. 👍👍👍
Good evening gentlemen. Awesome video, what a result. Can I be a pain, and ask what you use in your part's washer, been using the kit I bought when I bought the same unit from machine mart, but it lacks something when it comes to cleaning power. Any help would be appreciated. Have a great weekend. Iain.
Fantastic gents. Going thru the same at the moment with a 2019 Citroen relay. Using the same supplier as you have and hoping for the same results. Great Job ❤😊
