It mostly depends on everyone's PH, but beside the most common carrier oils (grapeseed, jojoba, sweet almond), you can experiment with mixing a second portion of coconut oil as this (butter) is denser and this will help you find the right mixture in between for your creations) Also pay attention on your Middle Notes. The middle notes are the heart of your perfume and make an appearance once the top notes evaporate. They last longer and have a strong influence on the base notes to come, which could be anything from rose to lavender and geranium to lemongrass. This is the heart combination of scents you want to keep, so experiment with combinations that will uplift you. Have fun creating!

I am glad you found the little info useful. I was overwhelm at first by the amount of questions the planner has to help you focus and find your purpose. I strongly suggest to keep going, even if you don’t have the answers right away, continue documenting and you will really notice a positive change in your goals :) Wishing you great success!

But i will fill all the new year intentions out and then just keep going and get focussed. I really believe that with focus we can use our momentum to create positive results. So the more we use it the better life gets .so I will.use it very week..I got this dated rather than undated as didn't want to miss a week .so its a good habit to write and focus and make the most of our life and attract what we truly desire.
