While it may seem like a noble thing for this young man to undertake, I truly hope that this kid (and the adults encouraging him) truly understand the implications of what's to come for those that are called to be Teachers of the Word of God. See 1Timothy 2:12 (God's words, not mine) as well as 1Timothy 3:1-14. The reason why not many should become teachers is that teachers will be judged with greater strictness - see James 3:1. For children to lead in this capacity, it is, sadly, a sign of God's judgment, and not only children, but women too. Is there no man capable to teach and lead the people of God -- (read Isaiah 3: 12; read the entire chapter). For further reading on biblical qualifications of pastor read through 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus1:5-9. Dear fellow Christian, you want a Pastor who can exposit God's word, who can exegetically walk through the text and explain what it means. We’re setting a dangerous and unbiblical precedent letting children preach from the pulpit. ----Are we going to let a child officiate a wedding? a funeral? baptisms? If it is not appropriate for them to perform these functions, let's not encourage or even allow them to preach / teach the Word of God from the pulpit. I admire this child's public speaking skills and commend his desire to evangelize, but he needs to go through the proper channels of the church courts to seek ordination. The Word of God says the ones who preach must be “sent” (Romans 10:15). Those sent are men ordained by a Presbytery (1 Timothy 4:14) for gospel ministry. It is not for every member to preach the Word of God. This is a commission and a burden given by the Lord. Dear fellow Christian, please read The Word for yourself and pray Ps. 119:8 (Open my eyes, that I may behold wonderful things from Your Law) AND Ps. 119:33-35 (33- Teach me, the way of Your statutes, Lord, And I shall comply with it to the end. 34- Give me understanding, so that I may comply with Your Law And keep it with all my heart. 35- Make me walk in the path of Your commandments, For I delight in it). May God's grace be with you - always.

I think they should save their offering until the end, its a distraction putting all that money on the altar while he's preaching, focus on the preached word.
He has a calling, but let the parents be warned: 1Timothy 3:6-7 "Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil"
