Just had wisdom tooth pulled and I loss all feeling to my jaw and bottom lip. Said it could take months to know if it’s permanent. No improvement in a weeks time. I’m terrified. I had no idea this was a serious risk
I got mine removed 4 hours ago what should I eat cause im freaking starving and in a big mood cause every time I take the gauze out the blood clot is stuck to it and I start bleeding bad
Literally just got two wisdom teeth taken out after having the other side done 2 weeks ago….DO NOT eat anything but liquidy foods the first 24 hours! And stick to soft/mushy food for the first 5 days. Your other teeth will hurt like hell and I promise you don’t wanna chew anything firm. You most certainly cannot eat “whatever you want”….the pain is unbearable at times
2 days ago I had my upper teeth extracted in preparation for dentures. Right where my eye teeth would be is a hard little ball about the size of a pea. It's a little tender. Should I be worried ??
Only thing about that he’s not telling you exactly what happens when they extract that wisdom tooth out, and if it hit the nerve one side of your face will be numb. You will have no feeling for the rest of your life who wants to take that risk I’m looking for some solutions not that.
The dentist recommended for my daughter to get her wisdom teeth out, specially, because some are impacted, but when the X-ray it shows that if they remove them, they can damage the nerves.😬 😢
I just got all of mine removed five days ago I’ve mostly stuck with soft foods but I dk have a question can I eat snow cones I like the shaved ice ones I was told to avoid eating solids for the first day and then the second I could eat semi soft foods
My wisdom tooth goes right through the nerve. I went to one dentist who kept pushing me to remove my wisdom teeth, despite this. I felt uncomfortable so went to another dentist. She told me to leave them, especially because they're asymptomatic. The first dentist was obviously in it for the money.
But is there a way in anesthesia spot just not be crazy like say crazy stuff is it from types of drugs inside the surgery or the anesthesia. Is it the same thing with gas form or liquid form?
If you’ve had your tooth extracted, you want to eat nothing but liquidized foods for the first 24 hours then you can slightly increase the thickness within the 24 to 72 hours not depending on if you’ve had an extraction with a bone graft in place then of course she may have sutures or some type of You won’t be able to necessarily bite down regular food like before this will take about 3 to 6 months to fully heal internally if you’ve had a bone graph some things that you can eat to help you guys out during your recovery process mashed potatoes are good oats are good. You can get even more technical and you can grill up some grilled chicken carrots, and broccoli. Get them really soft and then put them in a blender with a little bit of vegetable or chicken stock and lots of water so that you are not dehydrated in the process, make sure that’s blended all the way through and then you can put that in a bowl and you can eat it. You can do smoothies or yogurt or hummus. Whatever you might like it would just have to be watched very carefully on You chew because you don’t want it but too much pressure on the site area. I can say this from experience. I’m not a dentist or dental assistant, but I just had my tooth 29 yanked out or extracted and I’ve had a bone graph put in with stitching but no sutures and I am experiencing this as of right now, as I am writing this here in the text to help anybody who is going through it right now, you can always refer to answering questions that I’ve been through and I will let you know what I’ve tried dentistry. I do have a medical background a high medical background.
I have had three and each time it felt like a regular canker sore but wouldn’t heal and then after a week or two I felt the bone and it eventually just came off the gum but it hurt a lot till it was gone
