Thank you! Mounting counterweights was difficult on this machine due to the solid cast factory weight and the lack of mounting points. The track frames are also counterweighted, and equipped with side rollers for curb running.
Thanks for commenting. It was designed for cleaning hydro intake grates. Notice the counterweights on the track frames and the side rollers for running against the concrete curb at the edge of the dam.
Best in the business as far as I'm concerned, used various NYE grapples with a fixed thumb for years while working at Optimum in Toronto. I still remember the brand new set they made for a CAT 308 with a custom counterweight arriving at the yard. I put that thing through hell and it never failed!
That is amazing. I have an identical plant to this that I’m setting up next to a large riverbank that is feeding into a three deck 6X20 wash plant with twin sand screws. I will do my best to try to get close to 1000 TPH.
Nice. I'm amazed more pipeline guys don't use side dump buckets on their loaders. They save excess moves - having to get a loader squared up to a trench. In some cases, you can you even keep traffic moving in one direction. The old school sewer guys have been using these for decades.
I worked in a design office in a company that manufactured several types of crushers for quarries and cement factories, it also manufactured large horizontal ovens in cement factories and very long belt conveyors. It also manufactured mining extraction machinery with mine trestles. I am familiar with the design of different types of crushers but I had never seen crushers gobble up the stone blocks. Through videos on RU-vid I have therefore seen similar crushers in action.

It does not look strong enough for really stuck pins with what I see. I have seen people put a hundred ton hydraulic press on pins and it would not move it.
You are right Dave, the Bazooka is not intended for servicing stuck or seized pins. It is only to help with routine pin removal and replacement when changing attachments.
The operator is just as amazing as the machine. 95tons of jaw grip is awesome. Top marks for the team (including those unseen, keeping things turning over and repurposed)
