I had a 1 lb flank steak so I cut the marinade in half and let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours. I used a generous amount of garlic powder and bottled crushed ginger b/c I didn't have fresh. Two minutes on each side in a smoking hot cast iron skillet, then straight into a 400F oven for 4 minutes. Let it rest for 6 minutes before slicing. It was perfectly cooked mid-well pink inside. YUM! Mmm… I’ve tried all ceviches but if it’s not the real - meaning not Peruvian, gotta pass. Keep it original, those ingredients are funny. Deberia cambiar el titulo del video a "Mi receta" porq hay muchos ingredientes q no van en una enchilada. Chocolate es para el mole, y ese queso es para los Americanos. De que le gusto bien pero no deberia decir q es autentico porq es mala informacion q produce para los q ven el video.
