Honestly, you can’t go wrong with either one. I like the Xenoskins exterior texture more and I find it a bit easier to clean in case it gets dirty, but otherwise I would say that they are both of similar high quality!
Poke at the bottom... it's the main part that should hold up 24/7 Sorry, but in the early 2000s, the plastic sleeves I handmade from binder covers were much sturdier..
I use the KMC sleeves myself but I don't double sleeve. My chief complaint is that with continued use they will sometimes get sticky and start to adhere to one another. I don't know if it's because of humidity or the oil on my fingers but it is annoying after a while.
Hey man, do you always use Katana sleeves? Wondering how will these hold up if I use Dragon Shield sleeves. Heard they are thicker so less cards can fit inside.
@@BrokeAssCollectorany idiot who recommends a deck box would post links to the item. Otherwise you wouldnt do the review. “Let me just make a review items i want to recommend but make you look up the items.” Lol
I sleeve boosters into a tarot sleeve, then place a card saver 3 inside a "graded card slim fit" team bag. Laying the booster on top of the card saver ensures every centimeter is against a flat surface, and the team bag is the ideal size to essentially simulate double sleeving as well.
Dragon Shields inners and outs is a SUPER TIGHT fit. Getting the cards out isn't too hard, but getting the cards back in is rough -- you gotta put in as much as you can, and then start putting in individual cards, sliding one at a time to get it to fit
In case you're still looking for an answer, no you cannot. I have Sidekicks for my single sleeve Commander decks of MTG, and just tested it. The Sidekick can get to about 115 single sleeved cards before things get too packed to the point of possibly damaging your cards with accidental bending by trying to shove more in. Based on this video, I can only assume the Ultimate Guard would hold severalcards fewer than 115
Nice idea using tarot sleeves, but why don’t you double sleeve the packs? Since one of those two brands are different sizes, maybe one could be an inner sleeve and one the outer, and then the packs wouldn’t be exposed at the top.
