that 1st one is HUGE Ive never seen one that large before. Do you have a favorite merchant to get those? I found a set of 3 sizes that are made well such as the 2nd one you picked up. I had a set like the large one but each one seperated from the ring. I use a scrub brush to clean them, sometimes a grain of rice or whatever can get caught in the rim and the brush gets it right out without pushing the screen out of shape. Thanks for the video. 🌻Question: how do I prep onions to make French Onion Soup the next day? Are sliced onions stored in fridge safe to eat or must they be cooked before storing overnight? I’ve a 10 pound bag of Vidalia onions looking at me that need to be used! Thank you for your help.
not sad but flat for sure. Hopefully teaching us about sieves in her gorgeous beautiful kitchen fills her with happiness knowing we are all drooling over her kitchen. Good for you lucky girl. I might even like cooking in a sanctuary like that.😉
Ive not heard of a double strainer. Did you ever find one? If so PLEASE let me know where you got it. It would make straining my infused oils so much easier.
Scary when you mention I have to take it out immediately and dip it into an ice pan... I wouldn’t imagine I happen to have an ice pan next to me while doing this...
My Grand daughter has a project to decorate a plate for Cookery class, but since there are no raspberries or strawberries available right now, what could we use ? I have to say I have never had to do this so cant help her out. We do have Chocolate Sauce that goes over ice cream, but she needs more than one colour. Help!
