FYI, the manual is inside of the package pamphlet. I bought one a day ago and was like wait, it didnt come with instructions but then I took that cardboard out and opened it and there it was.
Does your honda generator have a 30amp plug outlet? Or are you just running your casita off the two 20 amp 110 outlets? I have a honda eu2200i but it only has the two 20 amp 110 outlets. Not sure if i can run mu casita off that honda generator
You forgot to mention what kind of clips those are or what the name of that tool is. It's so useful but you don't tell people what that great useful tool is?
i remember owners manuals for cars ,mototcycles , trucks informing new owners not to put additives in either the oil or the gas… i think people have a tendency to use gimmicks that are advertised to give longer life , better gas mileage, Smooth performance, less emissions,etc… A petroleum engineer friend of mine told me that he learned his first year in school that STP. It was available pretty much on the shelf of every gas station out there pretty much back when gas stations used to be service stations also that had a mechanic on duty, STP, which stands for scientifically tested product is just refined petroleum with no additives package, no palmers to stabilize thinning when it gets hot and thickening when it gets cold, no zinc or phosphorus, anti-sheer agents, no anti-foaming additives, no anti-corrosion additives, it was just refined crude oil. They were the main sponsor for Richard Petty, the winningest NASCAR driver in history. And people thought they were going to be helping their cars by pouring that stuff in the crankcase.. whenbasically, it was just taking up space.. it wasn’t helping or hurting, it was a placebo Hey, similar story about products like whynns friction proofing, Bardol VBA, Motor Honey,.on and on.. some of those products were more than 96% kerosene when I was a kid, I used to buy a Volkswagen beetle Thursday night to keep my 67 GTO, and my 58 mga, which I still own away from the salt that they spread on the roads here in Western Pennsylvania for about four months a year .. I would pay $100 for these beetles, I had five of them. That’s what they went for used once they were over eight or 10 years old because of what the salt does to the cars. .. I put up with having to use and ice scraper on the inside of the windshield on cold mornings because my breath would freeze on the inside of the windshield until the car got really warmed up if ever. But I used to add a cup of kerosene to the motor oil and let it idle for about 10 minutes, and then I would change the oil. I think it only held two or 3 quarts of oil, and there was no oil filter, just a screen. .. The kerosene would hopefully loosen some of the grit, gum, salt, acid, metal particles, and corrosion inside the engine, especially in those days before detergent oils of today.. I could actually see the sludge draining out of the engine, mixed with the kerosene/oil when I would do an oil change up on the rack of the service station I worked in after school and through the summers back in the late 60s and early 70s.. then there was the Teflon additive to the oil and even oil with graphite in it.. some of those products actually were harmful… I read the report that Briggs & Stratton did on one of those Teflon additives with their small lawnmower type engines. Those engines are pretty reliable and pretty strong and durable. They are simple, they are an old design, but you can’t say that they are not reliable and durable… They ran two engines from brand new for 24 hours wide-open. One of them with regular oil that they recommend. And another one with oil that had one of those additives in it with I think it was teflon.. after 24 hours running wide-open, they drained the oil out of both engines completely. And then they started the engines and ran them wide-open again for 24 hours with no oil in either engine… after that, no oil, 24 hour run, they tore the engines apart for inspection.. they found that the parts of the engine that had the Teflon in it for the first 24 hour run, had the most damage, especially to parts the depended on splash oiling the most.. I never forgot that.. I thought Teflon made a lot of sense to be added to oil. But those products have not proven to be very long lived in the market for a reason… getting back to this marvel mystery oil. Just the name that includes the word “mystery “ throws up a red flag for me personally.. it just sounds like something a ConMan, like Charles Antell would use to promote his product that cured everything from baldness to broken bones.. Marvel mystery oil is made up of mineral oil- White spirit solvent- triglyceride phosphate, which is an extreme pressure, antiwear agent added to motor oils- ortho - dichlorobenzene which is used to make chemically and thermally resistant polymers-and ortho-dichlorobenzene a softening and removing agent for carbon-based contamination on metal surfaces…. The problem I have with using additives of any kind to gasoline or motor oil is, I scenario that was explained to me this way.. let’s say you are baking a cake. And that recipe calls for one egg.. that is a time-tested recipe that makes cakes that you have tried personally and you want to make another one just like it.. OK, so you think you wanna make the cake better by adding three more eggs.. you will not have the cake you thought you were gonna have by doing that.. Modern oils for cars and motorcycles, or extensively, engineered, and formulated for their specific purpose.. car oils do not see the type of severe environment that motorcycle engines that lubricate the transmission with the same oil that they used to lubricate the crankshaft. High powered modern motorcycle engines are seeing pressures on the gear faces in the transmission exceeding 100,000 psi under full power.. That’s 5 tons of shearing pressure, scraping the oil off the gear face, sharing the molecules of the oil in half, and then half again, and then half again constantly. Oil gets worn out. It gets sheared and cooked… many times you can feel that your oil is worn out in the shifting change. It becomes more difficult to shift, it becomes more difficult to find neutral than it used to… motorcycle oils have increased levels of zinc and phosphorus in the additives package to resist sheering.. Car oils we’re changed in the late 1980s at the request of the federal government to get more miles per gallon. The oil companies, the car manufacturers, got together and figured out that if they send the oil out, they reduce the friction caused by heavier oils to increase gas mileage by maybe one or 2 miles per tank full of gasoline.. when they did that to oil, one of the major motorcycle magazines, put out an article pointing out that you can no longer use car oil in your motorcycle that uses the same oil for the transmission and the engine, because of the reduction of zinc and phosphorus in the additives package.. getting back to putting additives in your oil or your gasoline. Oils today are better than they ever were. They are also made for specific applications. The improvement in murder oils over the past 30 years is one of the major reasons cars today can go 250,000 miles without touching the engine except for basic maintenance.. That is the reason I would never add anything to the specific oils I use in my car, my pick up truck, my two stroke and my fourth stroke motorcycles.. I just won’t risk it.. that is actually what it says in your owners manual. Never put additives in your oil or gasoline.. If you have an engine problem while your car is under warranty from the factory. And they find out you put additive in your oil when it says specifically in the owners manual to never do that. They will reject that warranty claim.. I remember Honda rejecting a Goldwing oil related failure because the owner was using an aftermarket chrome oil filter made in China.. It said right in the owners manual to use OEM parts only.. I was working part-time evenings as a salesman in a Yamaha shop when that news win around town here in the late 1990s.. Honda can be like that. And don’t you dare get caught having floorboards on your Goldwing and then have transmission problems under warranty. It says that right in the owners manual not to put floorboards on a Goldwing right from the factory… So I error on the side of caution. Maybe this additive and others are just a placebo that we really won’t hurt your engine , But it’s really not helping it either.. I don’t know. I only know that the factory says not to use Additives.
I use tractor Hydraulic fluid from fleet farm, tractor supply. made for gear boxes, transmissions, final drives, hydraulics. It's like a 10w30. i gallon jug 14,99.

When a box is ordered/ it should be sent with a key/ matched to the VIN/ Looks like a lot of things can go wrong w/ tumbler DIY install. For Gods sake they are expensive enough -
How many quarts does it take. And will it being low or empty make the golf cart move slow or seem to not go in gear. Trying to fix up a 95 and it was bone dry when I checked it.
By far that’s the dumbest thing Kawasaki could have done, everything has Bluetooth why would they discontinue the one thing that they know consumers wanted.
MARVEL' S website says not recommended for a motorcycle with a wet clutch. The royal star venture has a wet clutch. So, not sure if this stuff is good or not for these bikes.
Helpful video. Hardest part of the job for a low-skilled old-timer trying to save some money?-- disconnecting the electrical connections. This part of the job should not be glossed over.
Hey, I have one of these but have had no luck getting DSM installed. ARPL and some of the installers I've found seem to require 4GB memory. Could you tell me how you did this please?
Once you start chasing no spark demons and ecu codes that just flip flop around suggesting $1000 of new parts and labor on an fi bike only to finally swap out a 7 dollar fn connection that bench tested just fine Youll be happy to have carbs. . Ethanol is also pure hell on injectors. And causes far more ling term damage when they go wrong. Yamaha had it right sticking to carbs on the venture. Also gives you far superior throttle response and low speed controllability. Have had bikes from prehistoric to gee whiz as they come. And the carb beat the fi bikes hands down for both ease of maintenance and overall maintenance issues.. anytime you add a computer your just begging for a 3 dollar part to trick that computer into causing major dollar damage. Yamaha absolutely had this design dialed in to perfection. Basic proper maintanenance and winter storage will keep those carbs perfect for decades. Never had to touch the carbs on either of my 80’s 4v 4 carb hondas both of which i had since new and only recently parted because i was getting to old to be going mach stupid.
