The rented product was never installed. When asked for a refund, they are lying over calls that it is initiated. It's been many weeks. After many calls with their team and many tickets raised. No refund yet.

The team called me up to tell me the delivery was confirmed and then on the day of delivery no one showed up. My house rental lease expired yesterday and I have to pay extra because of furlenco. One more paid review read any comment they are just folling and will never deliver as promised this will cause lot stress for you after placing orders and paying advance so better avoid all of these renting ads of Furlenco and paid review if you don't want to lose your money to this fakers
Don't get trapped you will never receive your delivery on time they will just keep reschedule on their wish as you dod not attend IVR which will be never made and yoyr money will be ised even if cancel your orders
Worse service ever. 25 days payment in advance and no delivery only fake promises. Better buy on NO cost EMI. They have very hassled system. Not even customer care will response.

very bad experience i booked for 3 months and no pick up had happened, customer support is zero and nobody i bothered about the service and i stay in rented house and vacated the house but still furniture had not picked due to which house owner charged 1 month extra rent and still they have not picked the same

3rd class service... delivery guy refused to delivery..from a week...the furniture has not been delivered...the customer support is not responding...we have not recieved any updates..... What amount we paid is gone....... Not able to cancel order from the app either..the chatbot and customer service are only for show....useless
