I just discovered your channel the other day. I can't express the amount of calm that your videos give. Also, love the Aesthetics of your videos. Keep up the great work, and best of luck to you on your RU-vid journey. I'm totally here for it!
I’m so glad to hear you enjoy them! I’ve never carved a watermelon before so I wasn’t too sure how it would turn out… but I’m happy with the final product :)
Everything looks so good 🤩 I’m especially jealous of the homegrown raspberries..omg they look Devine! 🤤 also, the collard green wraps look so beautiful 😍 thanks for all the inspiration once again 😊
I watched the entire video and loved it. And I think you did a great job on the voiceovers. Do you have a written recipe for those lentil patties? I would love to make them keep up the good work!
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! :) Here’s the lentil pattie recipe: Ingredients: * 1 small - medium onion (minced) * 3 cloves garlic (minced) * 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal * 2 ½ Tbsp water * 1 1/2 cups cooked + cooled green lentils * 1 1/2 Tbsp dried Italian seasonings (dried basil + oregano) * 1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley * 1 Tbsp tomato paste * ~1/4 tsp salt and black pepper to taste * 1 Tbsp coconut flour (optional // or gluten-free oat flour) Instructions: 1. Sauté onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. 2. To a food processor, add flaxseed meal and water and let set for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add cooked, cooled lentils, sautéed garlic and shallot, Italian seasonings, parsley, tomato paste, and a pinch each salt and pepper. Pulse, mixing until combined, but not puréed, leaving a little texture. 4. The texture should be dough-like. If the mixture is still too wet, add coconut flour or oat flour. 5. Divide the mixture using a cookie dough scoop and transfer to a baking sheet. 6. Bake in the oven at 375F for 10-15 minutes. They will keep in the freezer up to 1 month. Reheat at 350F until warmed through.
hey thanks i appreciate the feedback! i’m the same way lol… i tend to listen to food videos while cooking. eventually i’d love to try doing voiceovers - so keep an eye out!
