Very helpful! I just had one question- i read it somewhere that ISB gives 100% scholarship only in R1 applications. Is it not True? Is it possible to get full scholarship if we apply in the second round in December?

I got 6.6 CGPA in 10th, 48% in 12th and 57% in Graduation. Is there any chance of getting into a 1 Year Full time executive programme if I score well in GMAT, Essay writing and other criterias. Basically I just wanted to know can anyone get selected in FulL time residential executive programmes in ISB if someone is below average in academics and does well in other rounds such as work Exp, Essay writing, Gmat score etc.

Yes, it is. 12th weightage is one of the selection factors but not the only one. If you can prove your potential using other aspects of your career, then the 12th percentage shouldn't be a problem.
