My channel is mostly dedicated to model aircraft flying and reviewing. I also try to post helpful tips and information for new pilots who are just starting out in the RC MODEL WORLD.
( WHAT I FLY ) As I have been flying now for about 30 years I'm lucky enough to own a verity of models, including Planes / Helicopters and Quadcopters, and I recently got myself an RC model Truck.
But I have to say FPV ( first-person view ) is my passion, you really feel like your sitting in the cockpit of your very own craft, all be it a very small one. However, as much as I love to fly I also enjoy building models almost just as much.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my Subscribers for following my channel. Also thank you to all the people who watch my videos.
Footnote: I'm proud of the City I live in Kingston upon Hull East Riding of Yorkshire were I mostly fly in my videos.
Got one of these and I love it but there is one problem I should warn people about. Camouflage works! You will notice when there were trees in the background the plane seemed to disappear. That is how I lost my first one, however they will sell just the plane or certain parts so it wasn't that much to replace it.
Run the power lead from airplane through the one of the slits on door hatch, Then after batter is in run the power lead through other slit and close door. Bam you can then connect wires when ready. Your the first I told this and probably not the one who thought of it . But it works wonderfully! Brian Slugantz
Good video. Can I use the normal way to hook up to flight controller (rx,tx) . And still use channels 3,4 (pwm)for like servos( independent from the flight controller )
Laughing my bollox off at this!, hilarious! When you said balancing plates 😂😂 longest stick of all time! Ace language too 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 (my neck is killing me ) everytime i stopped laughing you said something else n started me off again... ace!
I'm spying on you to make sure you're getting plenty of time out in your kayak lol Glad you liked the flight Bobby I should point out that this drone was less than 250g and I held a licence and operator number on the drone and abided by all laws. That's why I had to wait for Easter when Asda was closed down (Remember we chatted about that)
Thanks every other setup guide you cant see the screen on the tango and cant see what there doing to be able to follow so i really like the way you made this tutorial 10/10 from me.
Thanks! You too! Had a lot going on, my mother passed away a while back and my father passed away this year so I do not have much time for flying what with everything to sort out, and to tell the truth I have been selling my gear, as I'm not really interested in frying anymore, just to much hassle finding spots were it's legal to fly, and I'm sure it won't be long before remote ID is over here too. Not to mention the expense. But I'm keeping the DJI Mini 3 pro for odd flights. Also a couple of years ago I got back into Kayaking which I used to do 20 years ago, so I started a new YT channel (THE RIVER RAT) and being back on the water helped me with the loss of my family. Hope you're well buddy and sorry if I have missed any of your posts. Take care, my friend...
Sorry to hear this. But without seeing your set-up it's hard to say. However see if this link helps. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-85cljI6OHKg.htmlsi=UUoMYz4_MsSnD67T
How can I get an arm sound file. I bought a used tbs tango 2 that worked awesome once I had the crsf and tango 2 on the same firmware.. but in the learning process I got it stuck in bootloader and had to do the sd card update threw tbs..in doing so I lost the hard work the gentleman did prior by having the arm disarm correctly working. I do have it working and have call outs. I just wish I could get it to say those 2 things.. I saved the sd content and my computer did and auto restore and deleted what I needed.
Hi I did make a video all about this unfortunately I can't find the bloody thing however I did find this video which you should find helpful. The guy in the video deals with the hello sound however if you look down the list you will be looking obviously for the arm and proceeding in the same fashion as the guy in this video. Hope this helps ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GcQ-WDPHqsY.htmlsi=EtAYxFLyNLahrtC8
Did you manage to convert it to fpv? Volantex i saw now has two warbirds with transparent canopies p51 and corsair if iam not wrong. I wonder if they r going yo release spitfire with transparent canopy also
Can you switch off gyro while flying? If so,does plane fly good or is adjustments and cg all wrong ? Then you should be able make trim adjustments either using radio in flight or manually with linkage...just would be nice to know since many of us like to fly without gyros also...thanks
George can you have 2 switches on one channel? I want to use my back buttons on my tango to for a pan servo on my wing. Left back to rotoe servo right and left to go left etc
YES all you need to do is set the same channel number in betaflight in the switch tab. For instance the button you press to activate crash flip over mode can also turn your buzzer on if they're on the same channel number press one button crash flip over mode works and the buzzer too so just set the same channel number to your function., hope this helps
Hi just purchased the volantex Spitfire I already have the BF109 however when I unplug the battery from the Spitfire the transmitter beeps continually after about five seconds of unplugging the battery from the plane....does your transmitter do this where your Spitfire transmitter is concerned....as when I unplug the battery from the BF109 the transmitter doesn’t continually beep thanks
Hi, No mine does not beep however you say you've just picked it up so maybe the manufacturer has done it as some sort of upgrade so you know when your batteries unplugged either way doesn't sound like much of a problem so personally I wouldn't worry too much about it.
@@NoahJohnson7452 Yep. All the newer V761 Mini Warbirds shipped now will have the clear canopies and the new control programming with the "Auto Take-off" and Battery and Range Telemetry warnings.
