I love watching these videos! I haven't played the game much, I've tried to get into it 2 times and it's a lot of fun but never stuck with it. I think the cards are really pretty though and I love the gimmick of producing idols! I like getting to see the new cards and learn a bit more about how the game works. When I was playing I wasn't thinking much about strategy , i was just having fun, but these reviews give me a bit more insight into that! ^^ I see you aren't getting many views on these, but keep up the good work!

Those appear when you bring the Notebook item to your Produce run, so maybe you've ran out of those at some point? My only other guess is that the ShinyPass gives you an automatic Notebook effect if you bought it, so if it ran out and you didn't renew it, then you'd stop seeing the effect. Hope that's helpful!

mitsumines set not having any mental gain is very strange for 2024 lantica imo. excellent boost would be objectively better, but it is weird that even this staple of their supports as of late isnt present. hell, her "generic" passive requires you to have 4.5k mental, so shes obviously meant for it. and her appeals having. basically nothing on them (other than maybe buffing up the recent lim kogane's visual reinforcement mem appeal) for lantica also feels strange. like, flat 70%? not even a mental shave? strange things happening here. shes almost not much of an upgrade to kokoromine imo
but then i got toru4 from one of the anni lim tickets (which i wasn't able to get during her original run) so it's fine i guess. i'm in an toxic relationship with shinymas gacha. literally the cycle of abuse here 😔
It's technically a limited banner! These cards won't be in the perm pool, but Parallel Collection will return every so often, with these two (and future ParaColle cards) in this pool specifically.
Small addendum I JUST learned about: When the game checks for which Charge Appeal to pick, it actually prioritizes the highest Level available first, THEN uses the Position priority if there is a tie for the highest Level. Use this knowledge to manipulate a future Charge Appeal without worrying as much about the position!
immediately gives it to alstroe who have a TON of memory gauge boosters ❤ seeing this as a lanticaP is incredibly depressing with the added thought of the shiis paracole, judging by how amana and hinana have immediately jumped onto every team that can use them 😢
Good question! Many of the supports I used in this run have Stamina related masteries, which reduce the cost of the room they're in. If enough Stamina masteries stack into the same room, the stamina cost can go into the negatives, recovering your stamina instead! It's a very effective way to keep producing without spending Rest time.
which 2 other unit cards would you recommend putting for the team, i'll probably select one with the lim suptix i can assume is coming for anni since i wanna play dance shhis with kaiju nichi and this card... darn i missed out on yuika's new dance lim just last banner... probably wouldve paired well since i also have yuika's tc support dance card wich sounds good for this team?
if you want to play dance shiis then you should probably grab the limited train shiis. or daikichi who is still a mainstay, or umestromeria tenka. sora colorful chiyuki also an option. tbh dance plays pretty generic especially on shiis who just want big buffs
CoMETIK cards like TwiColle Haruki and P-SSR2 Luca are very common from what I've been observing from SHHis Producers in G6-G7. Due to the nature of G7 asking for high Usage Points, many teams will use any general Hokura/L'Antica P-SSR as long as their usage is low to maximize points. Dizzydizzydaze is also correct in that Umastromeria Tenka or Colorful Chiyuki are both very strong options for Dance right now too, and you're correct that TC Yuika is a great support to pair with them. If you go the support route, I'd prioritize Daikichi Kogane first, then Chiyuki if you already have Daikichi. For the Produce side... Luca2 might be too new for suptix, so go with your heart. Hope that all helps!
i think as long as we get events, i’ll keep playing this game. the wait for an event seems so long as of now also since i only play on pc, playing for a long time is cut short since i can only use auto mode. however, i personally think the game is overall enjoyable. i love seeing my favourite unit come more “to life”

This game can be though for people who don't like proseka rhythm game style+uma musume building but it gets better overtime. Only bad thing about the rhythm gamemode is the background only stays on the right side of the screen and it makes slide note hard to see.
Amazing video! I agree on what you said at the very end. I truly hope people will get into Idolmasters Shiny Colors as a result of Song for Prism's release.

the maintenance aside, songs for prism's release date being pushed up feels extremely off, especially when everything we have been shown has ranged from lackluster at most to unfinished at worst. i still pre-registered though so i guess we'll see what happens
18 songs at launch i suspiciously low for a mobile game, even for imas standards. But I guess they're going for quality over quantity? The MVs has improved a lot when compared to the game's initial release.
By taking your knowhow from other gamemodes into STEP, completing a run will produce new knowhow books that will have a combination of the knowhow learned. So at first, your STEP knowhow books will have 2-3 useful abilities, and you begin to combine that book with other knowhow books gathered up, until you eventually see books with more and more abilities stack up. Hopefully that makes sense!
Your videos are so helpful and I love them so much. I really hope when Shiny Colors: Song For Prism comes out, you'll make helpful videos for that game as well! Shiny Colors means a lot to me and I love all of the characters. I use the translation patch for the browser game since I don't speak JP, but I don't think Song For Prism will be able to have a patch like that sadly since it will be a mobile game and not a browser game. :( Hopefully you and other lovely and helpful people like you will be able to help with videos and UI translations and such!
