Hey Emem! I love to see another Nigerian at Lehigh, I find that really inspiring. I’ll be applying transfer to Lehigh for fall ‘25 from a Nigerian university, and I like to ask a few things about your Lehigh experience: What about Lehigh appealed to you and made you apply, and why did you eventually commit to Lehigh? Darling, I will be Str8 upon us. You’re beautiful, beautiful girl, but that’s just the worst blowout I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life. That is really bad and you deserve. Your money is worth that is horrible.
How you like the apartment ? How you feel safety wise about being in Philly? What complex is that If you don’t mind sharing ? Any bugs etc lol I’m trying to move and this looks like something of interest for me but I’m iffy about living in Philly
I also have 4c and my hair is so flat, dry, and lifeless when straightened. It just does not like to be straight so I wear wigs if I want straight looks. I have ruined my own hair trying to wear a sew in once. I shaved my head. No big deal 😆 Thanks for sharing your experience!
2 things: 1)You're hair is fine and fine hair tends to be somewhat fragile, 2)After coming out of the braids hair will tend to be very dry...especially if synthetic hair is used. Fine, fragile, dry hair combined with high heat is a no-no. So, instead of going straight into a silk press you should have opted for an intense moisture regimen and/or even light protein along with the moisture treatment for a week or two. Stylists/ beauticians should point this out, but often don't so consumers need to really learn and understand their hair and stick to what they know is best for it.
You can see how Nigerians are promoting their country product to the world now. Before they will start coming to make rubbish comment that Nigerians doesn't promote their product. Wise ones will always be wise till tomorrow
