The science of meditation removes negativity from beings and rejuvenates them with positivity. We eat good food and exercise to remain physically fit. Even to look physically good, we do many things like scrubbing the face, taking a regular haircut, etc. Whenever we have a physical problem, we visit a doctor and take medication as soon as possible.
But, what about mental health? The entire physical health depends on mental health alone. Mental health is not good today and we don't care about it. It's time to care now. Meditation is the only key to the mental health. So, let's start the meditation! :)
