Girl, you're saying such facts. I feel like many more people should hear this, because, at least for me, it was so freeing when I finally understood the exact same things you're talking about here. Also: a fellow death metal fan woooooo! (And I'm guessing a metal fan in general)
@@limxb0p Honestly, feels like you're reading my thoughts and translating them into something others can comprehend lmao Which, I guess, confirms just how universal these truths are
I have to say, I love this video. I agree with the message and I came to a similar conclusion some time ago. Though mine was more about validation and how we seek it from others, but forget that in the first place we need to validate ourselves, because, as you said, we're the most important person in our life. Coming back to the video tho, the random tangents are great, really makes you feel more included in the video, like you actually acknowledge the person watching the video. It's very cool ^^ Also, the posters are great, don't know any bands except Gojira tho xD And since you asked in the video how *we* are, I feel it's only appropriate to ask: how are *you*? Oh and your drawings are very cool too! And I agree that women on pinterst are very pretty, tho for me all women in general are very pretty xD I really wrote a bit too much, I think. Either way, great video!
I had ED when I was younger, but I wasnt aware of it because I didnt know what a healthy childhood looked like. We never had any food in our house and I would not eat to make sure there was enough for my siblings but then when I got older it stayed with me and I never had any appetite. I always felt sick in the mornings and food sounded good but i could never get myself to eat any large quantity. Eventually i came to terms with my bad childhood. I was on an esoteric mystery ride discovering the true universe and it was there that I found peace. I am now much stronger and healthier and happier as well. I believe that ED can be cured in everyone once they realise that the problem is not food but it is about our minds and the way we see the world. We are far more powerful than we let ourselves believe, unfortunately sometimes that power goes wild and we hurt ourselves with it, even if we didnt mean to. You could win against it.
this is so powerful you are so right!! so sorry to hear about your unfortunate upbringing but your endurance is truly motivational. i hope you’re doing alright 🫶
I watched the whole video. You definitely propose some interesting and unique ideas. I also liked the pauses in between. Diving deep into thought is one of my favorite things to do so, it's cool to know that other people like to do the same. This kind of video format of feeling like you're actually conversating with someone is unique. I wish I had this kind of stuff when I was isolated lol. Overall, nice video. Keep doing what you do! (I didn't mean to write a whole essay about this video lmao).
there is an eating disorder helpline, no audio and a bunch of interesting comments. the change of plans has no audio either. I'm on that side of RU-vid again. also pps arnt pp'ing.
I got this randomly recommended to me but I wish you the absolute best and sincerely hope you get better. My gf has an ED and its heartbreaking seeing the way she feels about how she looks. She deserves to be happy and feel good about herself and so do you
Hope you will se brighter days soon and hope you get well soon.. I know it sounds cliché but try to focus on good stuff. The bad stuff can feel like an overwhelming wave and if you don't keep your head above that water, you will drown.
Girl track your calories and join gym. Your body and it’s sensors are sick from modern life style. You can manage without but you will never feel as good and energetic as you did when you were kid.
I've known many girls with this problem and tracking calories is one of the things they did at their worst. It's like an alcoholic tracking drinks. You allow yourself to keep justifying changes to the numbers.
@@au1317you really believe I told her to get into caloric deficit, do you? It’s obvious that I am referring to getting in all the food and minerals she needs to be healthy, which is impossible to achieve without tracking calories.
RU-vid algorithm surprises me again. No idea why I got this on my main, but the whole video feels so nostalgic for some reason, like it's from a bygone era of youtube. Also wanted to say that the volume is very, very quiet. And I guess that's my only criticism, because I have to say, this was a pretty enjoyable 2 minutes and 6 seconds.
I don't know who you are, why this video was recommended to me, why the video has a suicide hotline attached, and how you have Erectile Dysfunction, but I guess I'll consider recovering from my debilitating ED. Thanks.
