+rootsm3 Well technically, Dog Problems is a song from The Format (and they're are a different band with different members, Nate Ruess is the only intersecting member). FYI, Fun is the band performing the song here, so that does make it a cover. Also, Nate Ruess may have written the lyrics, but there's a lot more to a song than its lyrics. There is music composition as well and other 4 members from The Format most likely contributed to writing the music. So, you can't really say the song belongs to the lead singer (face of the band). Which is why you have to credit the song to the entire band and not just the lead singer. I'm crediting The Format here for this song.
I love how much happier Nate seems. Id still give anything to get the format back. I get this feeling of nostalgia that almost brings a tear to my eye. The format was the soundtrack to my high school career. I was fortunate enough to see them play a few times. I still have his set list from the clubhouse:) sweet memories
I know same. I was confused when I saw Jack at the piano, I thought only Andrew knew how to play that. I know Andrew plays like a billion different thing but I always though Jack only knew the guitar. I guess I was wrong though.
