Excellent. Maybe rather than a bar. What abou a ratchet. Yours is easy to use. Treetopsider is an interesting gentleman also. 😊. Take care my God bless you
@@beachhousehomeinspectionsl4967 That's right, the video shows removing the stem incorrectly may caused a problem later. It's not a garbage video as you stated.
Not a bad concept but I would have some kind of locking ratchet to secure winding and unwinding handle. If that ever got away from you like it almost did when the whole unit tipped a little yikes😬
è semplice dal costo delle parti per costruire questo non eccessivo è ottima spiegazione.Complimenti per tutto questo impegno!! Grazie per avere postato questo video è molto fatto bene soprattutto istruttivo. Williams
Hi Impian Tan, it's a homemade model as commercial mainspring winder is not available in my country. The letdown keys, sleeves can be sourced from the Internet and the other necessary parts from local hardware store. The wooden body you got to fabricate it by yourself.
your design will line up for that particular diameter case but what if the case is smaller or larger? then it will no longer line up height wise. the shaft will either be below or above your key.
Yes, you are right about the line up to different size barrels. I've been using it for quite awhile now, the solution is to fabricate different height of the lower piece of the barrel holder.
