Have not floods occurred in Cambodia every year for centuries? The only new thing is that flooded cars may not operate after being drowned but an ox pulling a cart with big wheels will continue to operate from year to year--as long as the ox is alive, of course. Don't lie to make the living and taking advantage on Muslime. This is illegal Vietnamese migrants who came into Cambodia by boat illegall living like this and difficult to stop them and pollute Mekong river. Even the government gave them the land to live finally they sell it and came back to live as what they used to be.
