Nice work man! I just became a dealer with the plug or at least I think I know who you’re referring to….did you just sell these without ads to start on fb marketplace?

@@junkbear9484 that’s exciting man, there’s lots of different plugs nowadays which makes it easier to get in the New furniture game👍🏽 yes I did sell them without ads
This is my first month couch flipping! I live in nebraska. I started the 8th of july 2024 and have been working everyday since then. I’ve made $9720 in total sales and have about $1500 in couches right now. I would love to get in touch with the couch plug.
@@issaclemburg7485 wow good stuff man! One of the couch plugs I was using during the time of this video was this company mycomfycouches .com, if you send them a email they should get you some more info on new couches
@@TerranLikeKaren I rarely get them since they are a pain to clean and keep clean haha just delivered one last week but wrapped it in plastic to keep clean on delivery
@@dontaefernandez gotcha! I appreciate the reply back! I saw a white one and I’m like hmmm let me check with a pro first lol. Shortly after I used your message to secure a grey Annai wayfair that’s selling for $1069. This is my 1st flip. She was selling for $600 I’m getting it for $300. I could be way off or I could have just really scored! Appreciate your videos. I’ve been consuming for about a week now and now I’m off to pick up. Excited as heck!!
Made $470 profit on my 1st couch flip!!! Listed for $900 sold for $820 off this couch! Donate!!!! Thanks for the videos and tips!!! Literally made my whole weekly check in 4 days after it was listed!! My eyes are OPEN!!!
Started with fb, OfferUp & Craigslist but find myself nowadays only using fb marketplace for sales but I pick up from all platforms! Congrats on the 2 pickups 🙏🏽
@@bigreem1you’re welcome! Those nerves for your first sale is perfectly normal, shoot I still get them to this day if it’s been a while that I’ve made a sell😅 it’s all going to go smoothly and sell faster than you expect. I’m excited for you!
Neither! All you need is a vehicle to pick up sofas and a place to store them. I got my LLC set up 2 years into doing this because it was my main income and I wanted to file my taxes. But don’t worry about all that, just get started
hey man im working on creating the #1 community for FREE side hustle education / stock trading education [I'm a trader] was wondering if you'd ever be down to maybe join up and throw some knowledge down on couch flipping? want to encourage the world to learn more
Love the content man. I'm binge watching all the vids now. Basically studying up and taking notes. I'll be a one man show for a min so I was wondering how do you deliver on the second floor of apartments? How are you handling stairs by yourself? Keep it up you're killing it. I already saw what you turn into later down the road but wanted to watch the journey and manifest myself doing the same thing. Thanks for the gems!
Having kind of a hard time, only flipped 2. In 2 weeks. I'm in Los Angeles. Gonna keep at it though. Got Unit. Truck and trailer and 2 daughters that are my motivation 😊
I just subbed bro. I find your videos the MOST direct snd information focused. Tnis is school. I saw your breakdown of which couches you sold and for how much and that helped me finally wrap my head around pricing. Im now looking to build a solid idea of how much to pay for couches in the first place. Can you believe no one is making that content? Like basically go through marketplace and share what you would and would not buy and how much you'd pay for it. Solid content.
Dayum. Straight to the point. Don't see many vids like this. I just got 3 couches yesterday and picking 2 up tomorrow. I'm fucking nervous honestly. The clock is ticking and I'm learning as I go... Got a storage unit too. Vehicles is no problem though. I have a moving service so that helps some... Still... I'm not rich and kinda scared to lose money. I have 2 little girls 4 and 8. I'm doing it for them, just hope it doesn't hurt more than help. Thanks for this video man. I learned a lot. Tomorrow, hoisting down a couch from 3rd floor. Guy said it cost 2500 and got him down to 200. Sectional... Fingers crossed.
@@rodolagoac238 I did it for 2 months. My main business got very busy. Made about 5k in 2 months. I'm sure I can make more but it takes up a lot of time searching for couches. Will do it again once summer is over. Good side hustle. Time consuming though
$200 gross profit (sale price after the cost of couch) is a good start but ideally when you have momentum and know what you’re doing you want that to be after cost of couch + gas. Which is really a beginner margin aim but nonetheless a great goal to aim at since there is so much inventory out there that you can make 200 on!
Thank you for sharing, but can please contact the company and ask them why they so unfairly doubled the price under one year. You have advertised for them very well they have to value you.
Might be a dumb questions but do you zip up the zippers on the cushion cover when you wash them? I just washed some and it broke one of the zippers :( so wondering what I did wrong.
Yes typically I do! Sometimes zippers go bad though and break :/ if you have a local alterations biz or seamstress biz near you they will repair it for $25-$40
Thank you for your video sending love from Detroit I actually have crème de la crème tattooed so I designated with this video entirely on a different level God bless 🙏🏽
