This sea lion is called Pancho. He is in Cabo San Lucas and he does this all the time. That prop is also about 4 feet forward of him. He even does this with outboard boats and gee, no slice n dice. Maybe he smarter than you and knows not to get near the fast spinny thing making all the bubbles.
