Boo! So on the 2024 White Hawk how are you suppose to change the battery type without connection to the solar controller? You put an RV-C MPPT Go Power controller in the pass through with no way to make adjustments. A simple wire run to the node would have been nice. Now I’m forced to buy $115 Go Power panel to make adjustments.
Never knew that switch was used for that. To charge the house battery when traveling...I thought it was ONLY used to turn on the power to the RV when plugged in..oh well..
MY fifth wheel is a 2021 jayco eagle 357 MDOK and does not have this but I do have the jaycommand system can I add this feature and if so where do you buy it?
We will be storing our Jayco Redhawk next to our garage on a gravel pad. Does it matter if the RV is level in storage while we’re not using it? I noticed the front is a few inches lower.
This would have been nice of him to mention. I'm not sure but I don't think so. You've probably figured it out by now, but I'm just learning the system and had the same question. Also noticed that Idle takes quite a few seconds to show up. Hoping I did it right.
According to the Jayco Tech support guy on the phone, you level, set zero point and then Auto Level, which is what I did. Middle jacks came down and the rig moved around like it was leveling, but it was not. Lippert told me that the only way the middle jacks will move, is if there is an error code or you hit auto level. My previous RV had 6 point hydraulic and it was so simple and I never had an issue.
Mine doesnt work. i have no 12v to my coach! when i press it, it makes a clunk and then another clunk after a second. the battery is fully charged. please help! (2019 jayco greyhawk 30z)
Thanks for making quality and informative videos. They are well produced, filmed and edited. You don’t spend 10 minutes on redundant talking on your jayco videos. Whoever makes these you or you all “ get it”. FYI I’m just a random firefighter with no AV / video experience. Not related to anyone. Just the consumer who’s endured a large amount of long instructional DIY videos etc. good job!
