I'm five years late to the party, but this is some really tasty playing. Can't wait to try to add some of this my playing, but getting to Mimi's level of sophistication is a LONG, LONG journey!

There are definitely a lot of guitarists out there trying to emulate Eric, but the relationship between sound (using fuzz in combination with other tones) and playing is unique.

One of the goodie extras you seem to get with Travis, Bresh, and now you, is a happy humour flow. For me that's like a lovely embellishment to the other marvellous things going on. Its like you can see the funny side of it all including yourselves. Cos it is weird really how we like this stuff first as sound, {syncopated rhythm & melody}, that gets under one's skin; Then as a visual to see the flying digits and the skill involved that combines with little inventive ideas and tricks. Finally as trying to copy that which pleases us so much. Yes "I'll see you in my dreams" Mr Travis and friends, and thank you so much for it all.... Its been marvellous. Its still is too.

Thanks Reverend Robert. For a guy from Australia it is great to see how the Delta Blues is played. Ah the positivity of the internet for sharing cultures we would not otherwise have access to. Keep it up mate.

If you’d stop talking (no one cares because yeah…we can already tell you play 12hr days) and show us the lesson and maybe even what strings you’re on, that’d be great 🤦🏻‍♂️

I saw Bill perform live in Austin Texas when the artist for the show couldnt make it so Bill came in and did the show as a fill in artist. I dont remember who the original guy was that Bill filled in for but I got to experience the greatest guitar exhibition of my life watching and hearing Bill play for two straight hours without a break! I will never forget it! Then after the show I was waiting outside the venue (Bar) as Bill wheeled out his own equipment to his car in the parking lot. I got to chat with him for a few minutes and he was the nicest most personal guy!

This is very helpful. Backing tracks can be intimidating and put you on this spot. This gives the illusion I am playing with someone. Brings the energy. And I like how it looks like you're grooving out to my riffs because it gives me confidence haha.
