I have been there,several times,one time I talked to people that were digging, by the river,very interesting, I talked with park imployes,to see if they had any weird experiences. They had not,I did not experience any thing,out of the normal.
I never have either, i too have been there countless times. The first time I ever even heard something with my own ears was when I caught that strange humming. But alas, it was fun to explore and I love all the rich history of Aztalan.
Correction about Jeffrey Dahmer's first victim. It was Steven Hicks who he murdered first at his home in Bath, Ohio. A random Hitchiker he picked up and may have accidentally killed because he didn't want to be left alone. About ten years later, Steven Tuomi was his second victim at the Ambassador Hotel.
Plz go Gould Rock cemetery.. I've camped there at night with I bloody horse. I had 6 tarps with me. 3 to cover horse. 2 to cover me. And one big one for horse feed I used black bag to collect rain water for the horses

Check out a cemetery very historical. Gould Rock cemetery in grandmarsh Wisconsin. I'm sure it's going to have history.. but it's a creepy place to be.. once you see it it'll come to ya.. It's awesome. Don't climb the rock. It's brittle
You guys are missing all the car crashes of the 30s through the 70s, that used to be visible along the cliff bottoms as you road up. Check out the news clippings that you can find throughout those times. The land fought back for decades...They started clearing them out in the early 90s, if I remember correctly. My uncle lives over by Sussex and we grew up in that area , and in those woods, there are definitely angry spirits, AND DEFINITELY AREAS YOU DO NOT GO ALONE!
So here's my story. I was driving country road northbound between Delavan-Darien to Fort Atkinson. It was sun down but still light out a bit and i looked into the west horizon to look at the sky and i see this bright orange light. It was kinda small and I'm thinking it must be Jupiter and just looks a little large because it's off in the horizon. I drive few more miles and looked again. The orange light grew more than double in size. I'm like okay that's no planet so I'm thinking plane headlights, but they are mostly white, maybe a little yellow never have I seen them orange i thought it was weird. Few more miles down the road i look again and now there's two orange orbs the same size right next to each other so I'm like okay WTF is that. It's not a plant it's not a plane what is this weird light I've never seen before in the sky. So i stopped the vehicle to get a better view because it looked as if it was headed right for me.. By this time it's completely dark , i look and holy shit this thing wasn't in the distance it was right there about a football field away just above the trees. I freaked out and shut off the lights on the car. I couldn't tell if it was one big object or two. Then i had this thought in my head I wonder if they see me. Then it's like they answered me yes we see you. Then it was like I'm thinking they know i know they see me. At that moment the object or objects moved in sync doing a strange move to face north and it exposed the bottom of whatever this was. The bottom had this pink neon like ball and when it moved it left a trail or streaks in the air. It started to move north so i went to follow it. It went behind a tree and when i moved my car to view it the thing was gone. I don't remember driving home how i got there after i don't remember anything after that don't know which roads i took etc. i get back into my place look at the clock and what should have been a 45 minute trip took 1.5 hours. Strangest night in my life. Never seen anything like it except when i see videos of orange orbs, but nothing with a pink bottle like the triangle UFOs have.
