There really isn't much I have to add to all of the comments below praising this Mass, its composer and your website for introducing us to so many relatively unknown, but nevertheless great talents, such as Father Amandus. Thank you once again, Pau N. G, for providing an aural oasis in the midst of the musical desert known as modern music!
Isn't it Klosterneuburg instead of Klosterneuberg. I've lived in Austria a few years and I know Klosterneuburg but not Klosterneuberg. And it is not so far from Vienna

Bellissima. François Krafft belongs to the third generation of the Belgian harpsichord school alongside Herman-François Delange, Jean-Jacques Robson. It seems that his church works (Missa Sancti Francesci, Missa tertia,..., Missa solemnis; Te Deum; Motets; Beatus vir ) were not filmed?
F. Krafft was a brilliant reflection of an era. A stupendous wave laden with paradoxes from which obscurantism and the irrational escape, hypnotic factors defying vulnerable souls in search of the infinity. Its musical architecture is a translucid tunnel that leads to light 🤓💫
Very interesting and lovable. Flemish music is a dark corner for the public after the era of polyphony. I doubt the dating of this symphony. 1756 seems too early for the style that we can define "late or mature early classic"
I think it perfectly fits on the date. Some symphonies written in the same period are plenty classical. For instance: Michael Haydn - Symphony No.3 (1763) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nEqW6DrSjGk.html Joseph Haydn - Symphony No.1 (1759) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Secy4tmOqTE.html
I have not heard of this English lady before but she sounds very competent and able to compose charming keyboard pieces. I’m keen on early English composers especially ladies ❤it.
Wow ! A Masterpiece from Puccini Senior. His great great grandson could write beautifully composed religious music as well as grand opera too. Puccini senior certainly did. This CD’s a beauty and worth seeking out ❤it Pau thank you.
