Also helps to turn your fans on full blast and shoot some aerosol disinfectant down the intake, Usually a grid on your hood cowl, right below the windshield. If you want to add a nice smell use the oils! But don't ignore possible mold in your HVAC system, can cause major problems.

You no doubt have a lot of integrity and only want to give us good information. I'm sorry to tell you this but the companies you recommended could not answer my question I asked them if they had large size clove essential oil no not one of them could help

My favourite essential oils are actually the Ellia brand ones that came with my diffuser. I have continued to purchase their sweet orange and peppermint oils and I mix them in my diffuser, I love it! I also like Tisserand essential oil blends.
My cousins friend also did a test on plant therapy they are not pure ones like revive are pure! Stay with revive more health benefits we threw out all our plant therapy away..

Reference books (of different ages) are mixed on digesting EO. I am prone to agree with you. I have enough of a response to EOs from topical use and diffuser. I’m not excited about trying to use it internally. A drop of Peppermint oil equals 75 cups of tea. Amazing. A great video. Thanks.
