The main problem is the funding mechanism. Universities in Bangladesh are funded in the same way as primary education. This is discrimination against the general public. The university should not receive funding directly from the government but rather through students; this will require the university to care about students on an individual basis. This will enforce a service-oriented learning environment. The education for students will still be free, but they will know how much is being spent for them from the taxpayer. This will create a win-win situation and over time remove all the major issues within the university sector.

It is wrong to think that india want to repress Bangladesh. Only india is worried about own security. Bangladesh can do harm to india. So india want to see bangladesh as friend. As a section of bangladeshi are by birth Jihadi and want to see india suffer due to its Hindu majority population, so indian always remain worried and watch for own security.
