Enjoyed watching the video very much. Those last stairs are Escadinhas da Saúde (literal translation is "little stairs of health"). Went up those stairs many times before the escalator... but I still avoid escalators whenever I can. I'm with you on that choice! If you ever come back, which I sure hope you do, I do photo tours, in case it's something you'd like to do. Hope you had a great time here in Lisbon.
HELLO. THIS BRIDGE IS NOT GUSTAVO HEIFEL'S, BUT 1 DISCIPLE'S. THE INCREDITION ON THE BRIDGE SHOULD HAVE THE WORD DOM (KING) AND IT DOESN'T, IT ONLY HAS HIS NAME AS A REPRISAL FOR HIS FAILURE AT THE INAUGURATION. IT WAS JUST LUIS I.
HELLO. I LIKED THE VIDEO, I'LL LEAVE 1 OF THE MANY INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT PORTUGAL. THE 1 NAVY IN THE WORLD! THE PORTUGUESE NAVIGATOR FERNAO DE MAGALHAES WAS THE ONE WHO NAMED THE PACIFIC OCEAN! THE STRAIT OF MAGALHAES OWES IT ITS NAME! IT IS REPORTED THAT A SAILOR ASKED HIM ABOUT THE EARTH BEING ROUND, TO WHICH HE REPLYED, I KNOW, I'M SICK OF SEEING HIS IMAGE ON THE MOON! THIS WAS 500 YEARS AGO! BUT TODAY THEY STILL MAKE PROGRAMS ON TV ABOUT WHETHER IT IS ROUND OR SQUARE! HUGS
Thank you for posting. I just returned from time spent in the Algarve and your post brought back wonderful memories of the sites we visited. The beginning of your video made me chuckle as we had similar experiences navigating through the streets. It sure is an experience! Near the end , you show restaurant tables on the boardwalk along the coastline. Can you tell me specifically what area that is?
It was much better before all the foreigners arrived and before the Airport too. If l am wrong why was there a facebook page made by Brits slagging of the police because it was illegal to have bootsales, its Portugal not UK.
I suggest to make a review on Filipes google page as he does not respect the authorities. All other companies cancel the tours but Felipe continues to take people out with the worst conditions. Tourits don't know if it's good or not and unnecessarily risk their life..
2:05 - I don't know if you found out in the meantime but the other side of the river that you're showing here is not Porto, it's a different city called Vila Nova de Gaia (or simply Gaia). The Ribeira is the place where you were filming from. 😉
I love Clinton and the whole area in that region. Nice to see it hasn't changed much since the last time I was there. I used to fish the south branch all the time and believe I'll be doing it again soon. Nice video.
@@amyfratto9171 Check out Califon. Make sure to get a sandwich at Rambo's on Main Street. It is the town that was used as the rhetorical scene for , "It's a Wonderful Life" Has been disputed. Rambo's and Shannon's Fly fishing store. Iconic. Ask about the winter Sucker gigging events. I was involved years ago. You could get some cool vids about that. I've done that too. Get involved, interview, you'll get some great vids. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wTp6561Py-M.html
@@stephencecere8786 that’s great thank you so much for the tips I definitely need them. I’m new to this video thing. I started to share with my family.
