Hello everyone, my name is Adrian, and cars are my passion, I have a 2015 Chevrolet Corvette that I use as a daily driver, I make videos of me enjoying my cars, and about the features of the corvette. and also my newest addition is a Maserati Grand Turismo Sport.
Your not the brightest crayon in the box qre you? Its all a waste of money. Cars depreciate in value the second they are purchased. Why would you waste your money on an expensive one?
At this point, buy an M2, Supra or Nissan Z. Even maybe a C8. Ford may be the only pony car, but it's also the weakest car in the group, with the worst quality by far.
nice video..the chev dealer near me in so.calf. has only full strength coolant...so I got a 3gallon sparklers water bottle n added 1gal coolant + 1-gallon of distilled water..then 13 more ounces of the water 4a 60-40 mix.that way it will run a little cooler.
@EJleon96 they are literally the same weight. It's been proven time and time again. Certain packages add weight like the Darkhorse, but it's no different than a Mach 1 Handling package. It's basically the same car it's been since 2015 with some styling updates. It's missing some torque though. Watch CJ Pony Parts. They weighed and Dynoed them. On certified scales.
Yes, it is a masterpiece of elegance, timeless! Even the cat fainted when he saw it (0:14) 🤣🤣🤣 They put a coating that becomes sticky and awful, you found a solution: blow it up, but unfortunately it only works with buttons whose symbol is printed under the coating. I was told there was a possibility of having it redone originally...
You are so right !!! I'm the new owner of a 2012 MC Sport Line you can discover on my new channel, I'm happy to find you here, I hope to have the same pleasure as you to drive it without any big problem.
How did you get the black metal piece that comes off after the other metal piece with the lock cylinder in it to come off? The video just cuts from you having it on to having it off. It's the part that is not present at 1:31 and suddenly appears at 1:35
Hey corvettedude they are nice cars! After I bought my C6 Z06, I came across a 13 Boss, and added it to the stable. I've never been brand loyal. I'm loyal to great cars and trucks :-) Cheers from Canada :-)
Was this causing your truck not to start. I wonder if this is my problem on my 87. I was driving along had boat tanks filled with gas. I went through the front tank of gas, switched over to the second tank, put 44 miles on it, and then the truck died on me. Started installed one about a block three times and now all she does is crank. When I turn the Ignition key to the on position depending on what tank I have selected. You could hear a prime when I switch over to the other tank. You can hear that one prime to. I was thinking either, this selector was bad or The high pressure pump in front of that. I know my gas filter in front of the high pressure pump is clear. I removed that and blew through that. And there was no obstruction.Any thoughts you'd think this could be my issue
I would start by checking fuel pressure with a gauge at the fuel line connector, and if its a fuel problem could check that the fuel coming out from the selector valve. These have the low tank fuel pressure pumps, mine was doing 5 PSI
@@nickpanhead7209 my truck needed all 3 fuel pumps since it had sat for like 18yrs. Then after I put new fuel pumps found the problem with the selector valve. The ones in the tank do 5 psi and this setup has a high pressure pump at the frame rail.
@@corvettedude4423 Yeah, I'm just not sure. What my issue is because I do hear each fuel pump kick on when the key is turned to the on position, depending on what tank I have selected. So I think the intake fuel pumps are working, but I'm leaning more towards either. The selector. And when I hit the Selector, switch in the truck. Depending on how much gas is in either tank you can see the movement of the needle, or maybe its the high pressure pump ? I pressed on the schrader valve, and nothing came out. It's definitely fuel related. I have spark to the coil. I have spark to the plugs. I sprayed starting fluid into the intake and she started, but stalled, I replaced fuel regulator. And removed fuel filter and blew through that that was clear. If I did have a bad selector that would cause the truck not to start ?
@@nickpanhead7209 yeah if the selector valve is bad it could be choking the fuel supply like mine was. I had 3 new pumps, and new filter. If you look at my video around the 0:45 mark fuel should flow from the front supply line.
I'd stick with the Grigio Granito, which IMHO is the prettiest color Maserati's have possibly ever come with. I have it on my 17 GT (also with the Cuoio interior) and always receive compliments on it.
Beautiful vehicle. I owned a 2013 model with a resonator delete. It sounded amazing.I hated to sell it but it is more of a secondary car, not primary. At least from me, that was the case. I was always nervous when I started it up, waiting for the check engine light to go off. I was like, "Go off! Go off". Although I'm complaining, it was an amazing vehicle that drew lots of attention. I hope to pick up a 2018 model some day with the updated infotainment system. Thanks for the great video!
Yeah, I like the 2018, 2019 as well with the upgraded interior. I have thought about doing the resonator delete. and doing either the x or the H pipe, which one did your have?
@@corvettedude4423 I had the X pipe. It wasn't too loud but you could definitely hear it coming down the street. I really miss that cold start sound The Granturismo has to be one of the best sounding cars ever made.
I have a '14 GT that is essentially identical to yours. Did that trunk cover come with the car? Mine does not have that, the big one piece thing that said Maserati on it in the trunk, I have never seen one of those.
Your lucky man, my old 2011 GT had two engines blow up, my 2015 was ok, now my 2019 MC had a coolant hose blow and needed new coolant fan. very expensive.
There must have been some other issue causing the engine to fail. I have also read about some coolant hoses that are really hard to reach making the repair expensive
Yes, this is the correct video to watch. The o-ring is key which others trying to explain always miss. The o-ring is a common size and i picked one up at my local O'Reilly's. Just bring your top lid with you to help select the right size. Also the old o-ring can leave debris in the port so make sure you blow it out with compressed air after removing the old o-ring. Also take care not to damage the port as you dig out the old flattened o-ring. Use a plastic prying tool.
@@Kurt1968 Yeah, when I was looking on forums about this problem, people were saying to replace the valve. It was over $300 and no one knew what was the problem with the valve.
takeaway is get one in good shape/without the insane deferred maintenance of some maseratis especially ghiblis, and keep up on maintenance yourself and it stays solid
