I just installed a new passenger side mirror on my daughter's 2015 Honda Fit this morning. It went very well, except I dropped one of the nuts inside the door. One quick trip to the hardware store later, the job was done. Thanks for your video. (02/18/23)
If you have the whole assembly, you don't have to take it apart. I ordered just the shell, as that was the only part damaged. Hopefully the other parts will be helpful for you. Good luck!

Thanks! I replaced my mirror today using this video. For others replacing their mirror, follow your hand along the mirror cabling before you remove the mirror so you understand where it’s positioned relative to the window track. When installing the new mirror, make sure the cabling has the same positioning.
Hey, this video has been enormously useful. Some scumbag recently went up our street removing all the driver's side mirrors from the parked cars. Fortunately, none of the electrics were damaged just the mirror itself was removed from my 2015 Fit. I ordered a new mirror sub-assembly from the site you mentioned, but it has arrived without the two "magic pivoting pins". I don't suppose you know the proper name (or part number) of these things or where I might be able to get my hands on them. I've put the mirror on, but without those two white pins, the mirror can't engage with the motors and can't be adjusted, which kind of sucks. At least I have a side mirror again while I try to track down these things. Hope you or someone can help! Cheers.
Great video and I admire your patience lol. I broke my driver side mirror (almost exactly as the one shown in your video) as I backed out of my garage. I was furious at myself for not being careful but luckily it didn't break off completely. I've been wanting to change it for a while but my Honda dealership wants to charge me $350 to $400 to fix it. I'd try doing it on my own like by following the steps in your video but, I'm afraid I'd screw something up haha. Thank you for this video.
You're welcome. Hopefully, you were able to get yours fixed. You're dealership may have wanted to replace it as a whole set instead of just the housing. It makes for the work to be quicker but does cost more. Share the video to others that may find it useful, and help someone save a few $$. :) Thanks for watching.
