Thanks sir i was so confused about how the entropy part cancels out but you helped to talk about approximation most pople just said in equilibrium entropy change is zero but jere we were talking about stantdard change in entropy

outstanding explanation -- I had never seen a VB MO diagram for the simple acids, excellent -- does the presence of nonbonding orbitals in any way effect the pKa of the acid?

@ 2:55 In my imagination, going for 1s to 2s the distance between the electrons is increased and thus the dipole is increased. Where am I going wrong here?
