No shot Vi doesn't make the launch roster. She's already one of Riots most popular characters and is the lead of one of biggest TV shows right now. Also, no rep from Freljord. I'd probably swap Mord for Trynd, Jayce for Vi. And then I feel like Samira is a lock because of how similar she is to one of the most popular characters in MVC 3, so maybe drop Lee Sin for her. Other than that, solid roster.
Yeah, Vi and Samira are definitely champions that could make the cut. However, when I considered the archetypes, swapping them for Lee and Jayce seemed like a good idea. These characters are not often talked about for the game, and from my point of view, they fit the game pretty well.
Changing from cc immune to unstopable is a nerf. Cc immune means that if you get hit by morgana q while jumping you will not be rooted when you land, unstopable means you will be immune against the root just for the animation but you will be rooted when you will land
being unstoppable means you are only immune to displacement cc, being cc immune means you are immune to all cc. when a dash, such as volibear's ultimate or ornn's W, is unstoppable, it causes a few interactions. since you are immune to displacements there's no cc that can override that dash, so you will finish the full dash no matter what. since you are not immune to other cc, whatever cc that hits you and last long enough will still lock you down at the end of the dash.
This also works really well with Eclipse first item for extra early game snowball potential before going into the tank items. Eclipse also gets affected by the ingenious hunter rune, and Unending Despair procs count toward Eclipse activation
Like the build, like the video. Against AD assassins I like going iceborn instead of RFC. Also the audio in the beginning/some parts of the video is messed up or out of sync.
Its probably gonna be 'zerkers once there's more time played. Win/pick rates are useless before the community figures out the champ, and that innovation takes months of play. 35% AS lets you buy items that aren't attackspeed. Having attackspeed lets you auto>q faster. If he had more magic damage early it would be different, people would go sorcs like Corki. They give Smolder damage late game, but boots arent bought late game.
Well zerkers are definitly the worst choice ... This said sorcs might be a good option but with the recent adjustments to the champion it can turn out either way . But still switfties seem to be the best option
It is not only based on win rate . I tried it myself and swifties feel way better not to mention that the most successful smolder players like TheShygenda from euw are using 1 of this potion 90 % of the games .
I would argue that haste boots lets you e more in a fight but in saying that if you are to vs AP/AD heavy comps there is no reason to not buy defence boots
Well from my experience with the champion you can E once per fight since your objective is to save your E to dodge stuff and not to dish out damage . This said using your only evasive skill to deal damage dosn't seem like a good idea unless the enemy team has no threat on you.
@@uberfin in my experience I play the triforce shojin build which has more then enough cdr for 2-3 e’s a fight assuming you don’t get bursted and I find that CDR boots help with your early game for pressure on top
well i dont know now after the champion w nerf but before if you evolved your w to lvl 3 you could 1 shot casters with W Q . But i would recommend at least trying swifties !
The e cancelling with ccs is not an excuse to buy mercs, if they cc u, u get cancelled no matter if its a 3 second cc or a 0.1 second, i can accept swiftness, but ionias are build for the summoner cc and the E cd, not only Q
well cc are not only stuns it can aslo be on slows reducing the slow you can move better but the best option for most games are swifties with mercs being better for games against crowd control mages or mage assasssins
@@uberfin if ur buying mercs for slows ur better off buying swifts straight up, i like the idea of swifties but i hate mercs, the difference between mercs or no mercs wont do any difference outside of lane, and a single cc kills you not matter how short it is
Thank you for the comment and i think that both builds that smolder is using don't benefit much from ionian because your q that is your main source of damage is a 2 sec cdr skill at lvl 5 therefore your problem will be to proc your q and not to have it on coldown the other point that i think make ionian not worth it is because the most efective spells are flash and ghost and with ghost being a small coldown spell you won't get as much value from ionian passive.
Personally i think smolder is better played AP fighter with shojin, riftmaker and lyandries to max burn damage.. It made me win way more games than the crit essence reaver navori build. idk.
I would usually click of new youtubers videos but oyu caputed me pretty well! This final montage was however just not captivating, its simply just not engaging enough to put some sims techno music over otherwise unedited highlights, put more effort into making those montages more engaging. The title of the video implies that the focus will be on the KR build, but almost no time is spent on it in comparison to just explaining smolder himself, very little is added about the actual build. Flesh out the thing the video is actually about and cut out the fat that the video isnt about. Pretty okey early youtube video, keep trying my dude
yes you drag the pal to the palbox area and after you respawn he will start sleeping on your palbox are after that you just need to place a campfire under him and you will be able to get him low to the point of capturing him .
