7:41: Both vehicles have broken the law here, by the looks of it. The dash cam driver shouldn't have set off until the junction/intersection was clear, however the car he hit shouldn't have set off either (unless the lights are quick, that car would have gone through on red). They should both get a telling off, or I should just get a life!
