5k_Carcare_Poor service at Madurai KK Nagar branch , Engaging untrained members - I am using 5k service for the past 3.5 years. This service requested for Indoor cleaning+Ozone and general cleaning and given the car yesterday (29th September) at Madurai KK Nagar franchise Today after the car was taken, I noticed the left side A/C unit damaged conditions, Refer attached images. I checked with Supervisor, he told that the damages need to check with his team and team members not accepting the damages. Kindly review and let me know the future action. Note - In the past 3.5 years not raised any complaints. This is my first complaint and bad service. I have shared my concern through email with no response
