Welcome to doublegee videos. Don't really have any agenda for this channel other than to provide a place for me to upload videos that I create. Subject matter will be random as will video posting. Thank you for watching.
The price would vary as RV prices can go up and down a lot depending on many factors. At the time of purchase, we paid around $34,000. The "full name" you are asking for, if I understand the translation correctly, is the Salem 27RKX, manufactured by Forrest River.
my original post of this video was blocked by the copyright holder of the song I used for background music on the old video I shot. Not a big deal, I am aware that using music, even if it is music I own, can run into copyright problems. Most songs I use in my videos are not objected to by the copyright holder (at least as long as the videos are not monetized) and this is the first one I uploaded where the copyright holder has actually blocked it. No problem, I just cut out the offending music (King Crimson's Peace - A Theme) and replaced it with a piece by Stanley Clarke/George Duke and then uploaded this. So far, there is a copyright claim on this piece of music too, but the result is a partial block, meaning that the copyright holder will allow the music I chose to be used in my video, but viewers in certain parts of the world will be blocked from seeing my video. In this case, this video is blocked from being viewed in Russia by the copyright holder. I'm ok with that. Russia doesn't need to see my big bunny video. They would probably weaponize it against Ukraine.
❤another great song. Reminds me of the meetings I attend every week. How we all have that one friend or family member that is still struggling for help. The song is kinda depressing in a way. But it speaks volumes. I like it. ❤
The camera I shot the video with was primarily a still camera that could shoot video but, apparently, could not record intelligible audio. The audio track was, in fact, not only unintelligible, it was loud and extremely distorted so I had to mute it. I replaced it with a track from my music collection which I'm sure will probably result in a copyright notification, but unless I somehow get monetized, it is nothing to worry about. Even if I did get monetized, I could easily replace the offending music with a computer generated music track that would suck, but would mitigate any potential copyright problems in the future.
Outside plant techs refer to this phenomenon as "cable dancing". As sustained winds increase, the angle of the wind hitting the cables has to be just right for this to occur. It can be damaging to the cables causing service outages as the cables are stretched and whipped. This effect can be mitigated with the installation of cable damping devices, which are obviously needed in this case. Cable damping devices usually look like either little wings attached to the middle of the cable strands or sometimes just weights twisted around the cable and serve to stabilize cables in high winds. In this video, the highest wires (the ones not oscillating) are electric wires. The bottom 3 cables are tv/telecom cables with the middle one being an old copper cable and the other 2 being newer fiber optic cables. The small loops seen on the bottom fiber optic cable are not cable damping devices, they are fiber optic cable slack holders. These are placed periodically in long fiber optic cable runs to provide a place to store extra slack in the fiber optic cable for maintenance purposes.
First minute and a half is a slideshow of pictures taken during the concert. The background music during the slideshow is from the concert so that the viewer will know what kind of music to expect in the rest of the video, which is originally composed orchestra with banjo. Not the lightest, most accessible music around, requires serious listening. Did not film the entire concert, the phone was to heavy to hold for long periods of time. The video and audio quality is not bad for 2014. The Nokia Windows phone back then had an excellent camera, as demonstrated by the zoom still shots I got without using a flash.
From the video archives, footage is pretty boring but I did time lapse most of it and it does serve as an example of the state of video recording technology in 1994. The site location was Jubilee State Park near Peoria, IL
We love this campground. We have been here since 2015. This campground is huge. The small lake our trailer is on is one of 53 lakes located on the property which itself is larger than 900 acres. The main road through the campground is nearly 3 miles long. This video is just a small sampling of things we have seen just sitting at the trailer.
Decided at the last minute to attend this event. Got an overflow campsite that turned out to be a great location. You can't beat camping at the track, it's the best! I used a cheap mini-DV camera for the videos that was capable of taking good video, it just needed to be mounted on a tripod as image stabalization technology wasnt' very good back then, if it even existed, and I didn't have a tripod with me so... shaky video. The stills came out great but I knew they would as I was using my trusty Lumix DMC-FZ50 camera for those. I bought this camera in 2007 and it was my workhorse camera from then until about 2018 or so when I moved on to a Nikon P610. I do still use the Lumix occassionally as it can shoot RAW format where my Nikon P610 cannot, for those rare occasions where a RAW format image would be preferred. I miss shooting in RAW so much that I recently purchased a new Canon camera that does shoot in RAW so I can get back into RAW image editing again. All of the stills in this video were shot in RAW and then final edited with Photoshop.
This was possibly the best concert I ever attended. It was the first show of the You Can't Fit On Stage Anymore tour for ZPZ back in 2008. I had a VIP ticket for access to the sound check before the show. While waiting in line for the venue to open, Ray White stopped by and chatted with us which was cool, second or third picture in the video. It was a tiny venue seating less than 300 as I recall. There was no opening act. This show featured the premier of the legendary song "Billy the Mountain" which had not been performed live since 1971 or so. The "woo!" heard from the audience as the song starts playing could very well have been me as I was located close to stage left and I did yell out when that song began as I couldn't believe they were actually going to attempt that monster song. Those who attended this show were given a code that could be redeemed for a professionally engineered audio copy of the show to be available a week afterward. Ok, that didn't happen within a week, but a few months after the show, the audio copy was available to all who had a code and I grabbed my copy as soon as I could. In 2008, there weren't too many bands, if any, doing this so it was considered quite a bonus back then to get a copy of the concert you had just attended. My copy of the show was used for this video. Here is the song list: 1. Intro 4:41 2. Camarillo Brillo 6:33 3. Black Napkins 10:28 4. Tell Me You Love Me 15:20 5. Dog Breath 18:36 6. Billy the Mountain 22:55 7. Inca Roads 50:36 8. Flakes 1:03:33 9. Broken Hearts Are For Assholes 1:10:15 10. Bamboozled By Love 1:13:51 11. King Kong 1:20:35 12. Guitar give away 1:41:45 13. Fembot In A Wet T-Shirt 1:47:33 14. Outside Now 1:55:58 15. Illinois Enema Bandit 2:02:42 16. Uncle Remus 2:14:01 17. Willy The Pimp 2:18:46 18. Peaches En Regalia 2:24:58 I used a simple point-and-shoot Fuji camera for this that I adjusted the settings on so that I could shoot without a flash. The same camera was used for the videos. The only videos I shot were during the sound check and after the show. I didn't shoot any video during the show but I did take a few stills that are shown during the audio of the show. I guess I didn't shoot any video during the show because the show was too good to be standing there holding a camera for several minutes at a time.
