When negative symptoms like: 1. low energy, 2. low libido, 3. mood swings, and 4. mild depression started to become a normal part of my life I knew something was really wrong, but what. So I finally went to my doctor and learned it was simply that I had low testosterone. So he started me on TRT and I started this channel. Bro my estrogen was 260…. All my other bloodwork is perfect and I have no side effects. I didn’t realize truly how insanely high this is until i started watching all these high estrogen videos. For reference I was a college football player, I am 23 y/o & im sitting at about 5’10 215 @ 12-13% bf, natty. Trying to figure out how quickly i need to get on top of this estrogen levels and what i need to do.
My testosterone levels afte first blood work came back i am on 20 ng/lg . Extremely low as a 36 year old male ,low libido, depression. Tomorrow will be 5 weeks on 200mg every two weeks and seeing no improvements anywhere just having oily skin is all.Thought i would be able to recover after working out but im still sore for awhile and dont feel like im recovering quickly at all .The nurse where that gives me the shot says i have to wait 3 months til i get blood work done again to see what my levels are then if i need to go up or go weekly or more frequently than that. Is it best you guys think to find another doctor that will get me a higher dose? Or .make an appointment to speak to doctor directly to have him up my dose immediately?and more frequently right now? Or just wait it out ?

I am a 37 year old man that felt like shit for the past 10 or 15 years. I practice Jiu Jitsu since 2017 and have been very active throughout my life. Problem is I have been depressed since my early 20s. Lack of energy, drive, procrastination at worrying levels, low libido and feeling like a half man most of my adult life. I'm a 70 years old and have been resistance training naturally for over 50 years. I just started TRT 3 weeks ago. No sir. The condition I was diagnosed with is called Primary Hypogonadism (low T due to the testes no longer producing sufficient levels of T). It’s not a condition that self-corrects. Like someone who’s a severe diabetic won’t ever be able to eventually come off insulin. It’s something I’ll always have to inject since my body will never produce enough T on its own anymore. Injecting 40mg twice a week works perfectly for me. I feel normal again and it keeps my negative symptoms at bay. Plus, at 80mg a week my estrogen level never gets too high, so it keeps me from needing to take an estrogen blocker as well.
@@trtcommunity9248 what was your total T. I’m not Actuelly going to a clinic I just started doing a trt dose a few months ago. I went from 210 pounds all the way down to 175 do to low T. A body builder friend of mine told me to just do a cruise dose at 250 a week and In about 5 weeks my anxiety is gone. I dont seem to have to bad of a problem with estrogen but I keep an ai on hand in case like 1 a week I also take the supplement dim that helps alot
After the injection is it common to have pain in chest/heart. My heart feels like it’s burning one day after the injection. It’s like palpitation and it wears off in a day.
That's new to me, my friend. All I know to tell you is to keep an eye on that and see if it continues to happen each time. If it does, talk to your doctor.
I am 32 years old and for the last 1 year my testosterone level is 1-3 nano gram/ milligram and I am very mentally and physically disturbed. The doctor told me to undergo TRT 6 months ago and at that time I thought that I should recover naturally by some other means but I could not do so and when I went to the doctor now, he refused to do TRT therapy and sent me home by giving me anti depression tablets. Please tell me what should I do now? Please help
I would recommend finding a new doctor then. I sounds like you have low T. I would seek a new doctor who would be willing to prescribe TRT before getting on anti-depressants. You need to get at the root cause of the problem, not just put a band aid on it. Hope that helps.
I just started my trt 5 days ago. Im on 200 mg weekly. I felt a rush the first injection. Ill give it 10 weeks. If i start to feel a comedown towards end of cycle then ill ask Dr. If i can split my dose up to twice weekly
Also factor in how up to date the clinic is. If they are including an AI pr mixed in with your testosterone or if they require that you take an AI the price isn't worth is. Crashing your estrogen will make you feel like crap after about 6 months. Unless you are one of the very few that have breast tenderness or other symptoms or if you're taking massive amounts of anabolic steroids you don't to suppress your estrogen.
do you have to throw out the bottle after 28 days? i keep seeing thing about how once the vial is pierced it should be thrown out after 28 days. thats a lot of waste is it not?
So they say they’re only good for 28 days but I’ve used the 10mL vial for up to six months many times. Twenty-eight days is more like a guideline I believe. I’ve been on TRT for 5+ years and have never had a problem pulling from a vial multiple times or using one for more than 28 days. Hope this helps.

Forgive my slow reply. I’ve been on TRT for almost 6 years now and I’ve often been prescribed 10mL vials which last me roughly 6 months. I’ve never had a problem with piercing the same vial multiple times or using it after 28 days. I always store it in a drawer in my bathroom (cool, dry place). Hope this helps
Am I missing something? You did a video just to complain about doing shots. If that's the case, why not just get the cream? You do good videos by the way. Just not sure what the point is.
These are the 3 reasons I choose not to use the cream: The cream is a more expensive, harder to get the exact dosage amount you need, and (from 2 men I've heard from) eventually seems to become less effective over time.
The basic orange Neutrogena works pretty well. I wash my upper body in the shower and then again before bed. Still get a few very deep pimples on my chest and traps though.
CAN YOU PLZ DO A VIDEO ON SINGLE DOSE VIALS VS MULTI DOSE VIALS . How is everybody doing their frequent test injections when the single dose are the cheaper option, but you can only puncture once, and the 10 ML multi dose would technically last you a few months but they’re only good for 28 days??? HELP!

Great channel, helped me out alot. My doctor told me to start out at 200mg mg a week. 100mg twice weekly. 3 weeks ago I started trt with 100 mg ,50 mg twice weekly. I am very grateful I saw your dosing video. I measured the second shot wrong and did 100 instead of the 50 or .25 on the 1cc insulin syringe. Week three I did the proper dose and Took the .50. It is now my 4th shot and for the last couple of days I started feeling dizzy,flush, just kind of weird. My BP, all vital signs were perfect. It is only week 3 and I decided to draw labs. Same as your experience all labs were perfect, the estrogen was 63. The online provider told me to take half of the armidex if I had symptoms. Several people I chatted with told me to start with .25 of a pill and I did about 10 hours ago. Feeling little better now. Honestly I was ready to quit the trt. I had a similar side affects about 10 years ago with trt and quit. Now with all the great information like yours out there. These issues can easily be addressed. I'm going to to lower my dose to 80mg week and see how that works.
Sometimes my doctor will prescribe me 10mL at a time, which lasts me longer if my pharmacy has a 10mL bottle. Other times the pharmacy only had the 1mL bottles which end up costing me more.
Great video. But I have to laugh. My forearms are 14” s I’m just starting TRT and my biceps are 20” up from 18” just 6 weeks ago! It’s insane. I work out at golds gym and I feel embarrassed to tell people I’m on it. Because I’m not shooting for extreme tes levels. I’m just trying to be normal. Going from almost 0 tes to having normal tes levels is like drinking 10 Red Bulls a day worth of energy and stamina minus the heart racing . Its a wonder drug
There's no need to do so much blood work. This stuff is very predictable. Get your blood work done around 6 months after you start, and that will be where your blood levels will stay permanently. Just remember to donate blood every 3 months or so.
You really don't have to pin twice a week. The half life is 14 days for cypionate or ethenate. So it just builds up in your system. Pinning once a week is totally stable. Now if you're doing a cycle, you going to want to do it twice a week to avoid too much estradile.
How does a 10 ml bottle last you 6 months? It's usually 250 mg of test and one milliliter of oil. That should be 20 weeks. Well I guess that's 5 months. You must be taking 100 ml a week.
