@@magnoliaflyways6994 yes I bought my first one a couple years ago, and I picked up a 2nd 1 last year, they work really well, after a couple of hunts I became a firm believer in them. Ducks will land on them
I WLL KEEP THE FAITH MY FRIEND .....LOST MY OLDER HUNTING BUDDY THIS DECEMBER ... MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU !!!!! ALL THE GLORY TO GOD ....@@magnoliaflyways6994
Thank you so much for the video. It's appreciated. I gotta say though, I'm not sure your patterning is good for public consumption. You're shooting well enough to kill, but not well enough to do a pellet count. Your shots are high and so what you're counting may not be a true reflection. You needed a rest and more accuracy to compare pellet count. If I shoot to the left and only 35 get in the circle, my entire pattern is to the left. Saying "it only got 35" means, EYE, only got 35, not that the choke was only capable of 35. Thanks for the video though, again. Appreciated.
@magnoliaflyways6994 no problem thank you! I have a Browning wicked wing choke tube that patterns amazing even at long ranges but it can only shoot steel and steel only so that's why I want the jebs for if I want to shoot a different shot not just steel.
I’ve seen the animator seems like a good product. I teamed up with air boss motion decoys last year made a video on those maybe you can check that one out too. We been doing the hanging string for years, it just looks so realistic. Thanks for watching and commenting
Yea I can see how they could manipulate this decoy. I have a video called First Speck Ever. Go check out the end of that video and how we rigged up our jerk rig. Good luck to ya this season
Those gaps are mostly due to the point of impact not lining up with the circle. Try making an aiming point but then draw the circle around the pattern after you shoot.
I’ve never got to eat any my buddy Paul in the video eats them and says they are decent but I have personally never ate any diver ducks. Thanks for watching
Yea they are! I actually never got the opportunity to hunt with them so I’m still curious myself if ducks would be bothered by them or not, but I do agree. They got good motion tho! Thanks for watching!
They are make sure the weight is distributed correctly and you won’t have issues but go ahead expect water is gonna get in it. Things may get wet but they won’t get soaked. I had a inexperienced buddy hunt one time and he put all the weight on one side and you know what happened after that. Everything went down because once it tips in the water it’s gonna full up and sink
Maybe two or three but that will be tight. Not really made as a decoy bag. I have a another video for decoy bag may want to check it out. Thanks for watching
Yea just drill some holes for a ratchet strap on tree for sled and put the dog in it. Make sure you have it strapped good to tree! Every time the dog moves it will want to tip over. But we have done this and it worked!!
Always snug to me but I have a broad build. I always go a size up due to my under layer. For hunting I want complete functionality when shooting ducks. Thanks for watching and hope I helped!
Interesting tips , I hunt Washington state, mainly fields ,flooded out ,puddles , The eye screw ,changes the posture ,that is a great idea ,now if I can make that work for where I hunt ,mmmm maybe stakes with string , our spinners are jerk string ,so that's another challenge
Definitely some t-post with a small cable pulled as tight as possible then I would hang 3-4 spinners with batteries and any wind would be a plus. Really appreciate your comment and watching my video! Good luck!
I’m 6’1 250 and I would recommend nothing smaller than the XXL due to the inner coat. It will make the exterior cost a little bigger but on COLD days that inner coat not being to snug for taking shots! You want to but fictional and able to sling that gun up quickly and comfortably. Thanks for watching my video!!
Yea any is better than none. If I only had 7 decoys I would bunch them up together or spread them far apart and make your spread look bigger. Hope this helps and thanks for watching
I’ve been doing nothing but watching duck hunting videos trying to learn all I can to get ready for this season. These tricks sound like they could work really well. Thanks for sharing them brother!
Awesome hunt brother. All glory to God. Love seeing your excitement. This will be my first year hunting ducks here in MS. Hope you release some more vids this year!
Thanks for the support and I honesty pray that I will even get to hunt. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year and everything just got out on hold. I hope someday I can get back to creating content for my followers! Thanks for watching a commenting! Good luck this year and I hope you lay the hammer down on em buddy!
Great video! Makes me excited for this upcoming PA duck season. I am a Sitka guy, but found this jacket for a price I couldnt pass up. Thanks for the great review!
Great bag you are correct plenty of room in this bag Also would like to point out tangle free a delta waterfowl sponsor where I was introduced to this style.
Didn’t get to hunt this year got diagnosed with Cancer but yes I will always have this jacket. I did get a Sitka vest but haven’t got to use in the field.
@@timothymcvay7286 Frogg Toggs for the past two season but I’m tired of having to buy wafer every other season so I think I’m gonna bite the bullet and get some Sitka or Chene waders this year. I made my boat blind. It’s just conduent scissor blind home made.
The increased recoil was really noticeable ,in fact I thought to myself that kicked more when you fired- then you commented on it.What payload were the shells?
No just two double A batteries, and they do pretty good with water as long as you set them in the water and not just throw them out. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Both of those things scream "will flare ducks" with how good waterfowl eye sight is those dnt look the least bit natural plus the loudness of them damn!. Maybe opening day or even the first week they might not flare ducks. After that they'd cause more harm than good. Especially here in Idaho. As we dnt get any migrants from up north until December. If not mid to late December. If we are lucky last week of November but that hasn't happened since 2017. So hunting educated and weary ducks. Wouldn't even put these in my spread if they were given to me honestly.
I didn’t use them yesterday and I agree! Need to have some new or young birds for these to be affective but have some awesome time after motion! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Really just depends on how muddy road or levee is you will be traveling. Works great on impoundments or wma land! Thanks for watching and commenting hope this helped!
