Can you do one ever you only say the positive, ie 'i eat for my own body' - this part is positive. Then you say 'not for my own pleasure' - leave this part out. By saying the negative aspect, I'm still thinking of the negative too.
I’m currently studying in a foreign country where they speak non-English. And I have to do a presentation in their native language today. I’m really nervous. I usually get nervous whenever I do a presentation even in my native language. But now, as I have to do it in my third language, i feel like I’m dying 😭😭

I listened to this this morning before my extempo speech for a school event and now I am bringig back homea 2nd place medal. I am so proud and thankful right now. I used to have severe social anxiety and honestly, performing excellent enough to be 2nd place among all highschool students...I could have never imagined Thank you so much for this video. It helped me alot on calming my negative thoughts
