Bank loan for land yhey give 70 percent only My experience The finance will give 80 percent If we suppose we are buying for 10 lakhs in bank ..in EMI they are charging and extra we need to pay for MOD , Stamp paper (100 rupees / 500 rupees ) , Processing fees , legal ,Login charges ....will come This is prakash from Coimbatore : For site .booking .we need to pay registration cost...stamp paper ...charges..document writer charges extra.. Totally cost for l0 lakhs we need to pay additional 8 lakhs in emi for 15 to 20 years Bank / finance Totally 18 ....to 20 lakhs it will come ... Eb connection extra , Drinking water connection extra ,Bore well extra ... Home construction.. amount... Totally we need spent 25 plus lakhs ..in our life .... I learned and gained experience in past few months ...in my life ..individually when i went directly to site and bank ...finance ..for land and home construction If we purchase land only we need to start the construction with in 4 to 5 years ... Only few peoples sre doing good ..others they suck our blood and thrown away ???? Thank you sir. Finally we need to commission amount in Govnt offices .... They will not registrar for market value ..they only registrar forarkey value !!!!! Remaining amount settlement will need to pay under cover ....??? !!! In cash ....not in account ?????? My real time experience We need to face the challanges lot ...if we go individual...???
