I understand the officer is trying to encourage the suspect to start his own business but, he’s pushing him in the direction he wants to go in not the direction the suspect wants to go in, which is landscaping. Whether you’re flipping or a property manager, both come with a ton of headaches and expenses - tenant’s and their friends and families can be a nightmare e.g. unpaid rent and expensive court cases. You need a huge income reserve to resolve issues that occur.
