So severely disappointed in the the XL pro, 4 years and it has failed, contacted you and I was told you have no parts for them. WHAT A SCAM, that was a substantial investment and your support offers no parts. I will never recommend or buy another product from you but will share my message publicly on social media as often as possible. Trailer Valet, YOU SUCK.

Hello! No, all you would need is two dollies for a tandem axle trailer. The two dollies would sit in the back to then create a single-axle trailer for you!
Hello! When installing you would need to connect the ball and base into your coupler first, and as tight as possible, never loose. Once the ball and base are tight you can then lower it down to your unit and tighten it more. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions. Thank you!
Hello! We are sorry to hear you are having trouble with making turns. Have you looked into our wheel dollies? These work great with dual axle trailers with turning them into single axle trailers to make turns easier. I can link the video here for you! trailervalet.com/products/trailer-valet-wheel-dolly Also you can reach out to support@trailervalet.com and a customer support member can assist you as well!
I use the XL today on a 4000 lb travel trailer, it worked ok, but it's scary on an incline. Definitely put the chucks in front and also lower your stabilizers closer to the ground, just in case something fails in that s*** starts rolling down on you
Absolutely very helpful Roy. I haven't purchased one yet but this is great! Thank you! ....and of course thank you to your wife who was behind the camera. Regards, Charles
Let's say you used the XL to move a 6,000 lb trailer up a 2-4 degree incline driveway into a garage. Could you then use it to go back down the incline? Or does it only work going up the incline?
Hello! That is great to hear! We appreciate you supporting us. Please let us know if you have any questions once you get the unit! We can be reached out support@trailervalet.com
Hello! Oh no, we are sorry to hear you are having some issues. What was the exact problem when using the drill? Which unit do you have? Could you provide us with a video of the issue so our support team can assist you properly? We can be reached at support@trailervalet.com or by phone at 844 846 9344.
Hello! This is a stainless steel ball. They come in three different sizes, 2", 2 and 5/16th" and 1 and 7/8th" ball. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions.
A battery powered dewalt drill will not even budge my boat trailer which is smaller than the trailer this guy is using - and how many driveways don't have an incline to begin with?
Hello! This is a newer video, our website is going through a revamp as we speak so we will note this and contact our web design team. Thank you for pointing this out!
The hand crank control on this dolly is precise! I found this product from Tilly&tacoma’s channel and they were able to navigate such a small driveway. I cant wait to get mine in the mail! Now I won’t have to wait for my partner to get off work to help me. I am so excited 😆.
Hello! Thank you for reaching out. Our newest JX jack can handle up to 7,000 lbs! This is our heavy-duty and newest model. Here is a link to check out all the specs- trailervalet.com/shop/trailer-valet-jx-7k-side-mount-jack/ please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions as well!
My trailer valet jack was getting really difficult to operate. So I watched this video to find out how to grease it. I followed the instructions in this video. After adding grease through the zerk, the JX series jack was still hard to extend. So I disassembled the JX, as shown in the other video. The jackscrew had basically no grease on it. All the grease I added through the zerk went everywhere EXCEPT on the jackscrew threads. I used my finger to spread the grease all over the jackscrew. That solved the problem. If you want to properly grease the jackscrew, you have to disassemble the JX. The zerk method didn't work. I have photos but there is no way to upload them to youtube comments.

Thanks for this video. If anyone has issues where it sounds like it’s grinding, make sure the handle is all the way up. Putting some upward pressure on the handle rather than resting your hand on it is the trick.
Hello! Yes, you will have to purchase other parts and not just the tire due to the unit being upgraded and the parts changing. We do apologize if this comes off misleading, this is never our intention. Please feel free to contact us at support@trailervalet.com thank you!
Was really looking forward to watching this, but at the 1:10 mark, some music cuts in and you can't hear the founder talking about the product anymore. It's just a bunch of b-roll with loud music. It then cuts back to the founder at the end, and you can see him talking, but the music is still playing, so you have no idea what he is saying. Hope they can get this fixed, would love to watch the full video :)
Hello! Thank you so much for the feedback, we greatly appreciate this! We will most certainly keep this in mind for all videos moving forward. Thank you!
Hello! Thank you for making a purchase with us, we deeply appreciate this. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with our product. We would love to have a customer support tech reach out to you and discuss the exact issue and get this fixed. Can you please provide us with your best email address?
Hello! Yes, our movers are for moving trailers in and out of tight spaces. You can certainly simply move your trailer around with the mover, just as long as you are within weight limit. The 5X can only be attached to your trailer by the bracket onto your frame of your trailer. The XL unit can be used with a ball if you are looking to attach the unit this way, it can handle 10,000 lbs and the 5X can handle 5,000. The XL can also be attached by a bracket too if you purchase this part separately. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions, thank you!
Hello! Yes, we did once sell the handle assembly but we are unfortunately out of stock due to we are coming out with a new XL-Pro unit. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any questions or need any specific parts and a customer representative can assist you. Thank you!
Hello! Our units can handle up to 7-8 degrees of incline. Please feel free to reach out to support@trailervalet.com if you have any further questions, thank you!
Sadly it doesn't work that way. the ball keeps slipping off no matter how tight you have it. The drill you use better be massive as a plug in drill won't turn it when going slight up hill say about 5 degrees. Turning the valet and using a drill will put it up on one tire and wont' go. Also the tralier tongue weight better be high other wise it won't push or pull it. Overall, it is now on Craigs list. Any buyers...?
Hello Chaz! Thank you for leaving a review on your experience with the XL mover. We are sorry to hear that the unit was not a good fit for you. We would like to note if anytime in the future you do decide to give our product another chance when using a drill it needs to be an 18-24 volt non-impact cordless drill. Also, we would love to have a customer support tech give you a step-by-step on how to get your ball as tight as possible in your coupler. Once again we do apologize that our unit was just not a good fit for your situation and we would still love to speak to you about your experience and how we can be better as well. If you would be open to this please feel free to reach us at support@trailervalet.com thank you!
